Best nutrient partitioner - Pslin, Anabolic Pump, YG, etc

Okay for trying to gain quality mass with high calories and carbs, which is the most anabolic nutrient partitioner? Pslin, Anabolic Pump, Yellow Gold, Na-r-ALA, or something else?

I honestly don't care at all about pumps, energy, vascularity, etc. I just want muscle building with less fat gain. I'm more concerned with the former than the latter, so gaining muscle is king here.

I have read good things about Pslin, Ap. Never tried them yet.

Ive tried k-rala but never Na-r-ala, wasnt bad. Now P-slin and AP are on a much different level. As far as nutrient repartitioning AP worked brilliant for me. P-slin was awesome PWO for the pumps and nutrients it delivers to the muscles while working out.

Id go with 3 AP a day about 15-20mins before your carb meals and then 1 cap P-slin with 60-100gms of carbs and some proten 30-50gms 20mins before your workout. All those nutrients your giving ur body will definately make it grow without noticeable fat gain!

When I'm on a gaining phase I'll hit up probably 600-800g of carbs per day and 8-10k calories. Should I be taking in a lot more AP? Like 6+ caps per day?

I would build up to 4 caps. You do not need more. You could double dose AP before a very large carb meal(pre workout meal). You are eating big!

I gain in phases. I overtrain for 2 weeks, then I basically have 5 days of post-workout nutrition and I gorge. So I don't eat like that all the time :) I've been reading quite a lot of reviews on AP and I've seen some pretty favorable things. I'm not up on all the actual extracts in it, so I'm going by reviews I read from all over. It sounds like it could be worth it especially if I really only use it 5 days out of a 21 day cycle. At 4 caps a day for 5 days that's over four 3 week cycles or 3 months. That makes it quite economical.

Thanks for the advice on the dosing. I was thinking with the more extreme intake of carbs and calories that perhaps a significantly higher dose might be useful, but I guess not. That's actually good news :)

Anabolic Pump just arrived...

I first looked at the bottle, which seems kinda cheap, and decided to count the pills inside, somehow it didnt strike me as "90+"

sure enough, it contained 92 pills. so far so good, at least that was honest.

Now I will chug a sugar free red bull with this pill and eat some wheat bread, gotta "carb up" right? then i am going into the gym to work chest and tri's. I am going to work these fu**ers hard and finish off with some cardio. Lets see how this turns out yes? ok.

Brilliant man right here! Rumor has it that Neovar may soon become VERY dominant in this field.
Oh really now? I don't believe I've heard that rumor yet....;) I guess I'll find out...sooner rather than later...:D
