I see so many forms of carnitine from carnitine tartarate, pcar alcar etc....which is best.....I am trying to bulk up and lookinginto getting a form of carnitine, i was gonna go with tartarate but see so many types so figured id ask which has worked best for everyone.....THANKS!

They each have their perks. ALCAR is my favorite for the host of overall health benefits it confers, along with focus. LCLT is good for recovery primarily. PLCAR is good for physical, stimulant-free energy. GPLC is purported to give pumps.

I like ALCAR as well and the many health benefits from it like coop pointed out. I'll got a couple bottles of PLCAR that I plan on using soon.

I enjoy all all forms but alcar and plcar are my fav

I like ALCAR a lot, all the health benefits of it are so nice. But i did get a bunch of LCLT from AI so i'll be trying that coming soon enough.

what sort of health benefits from alcar?......

Acetyl-l-carnitine is a nootropic and amino acid that has multiple benefits including being cardioprotective and helping to maintain healthy blood lipid profiles. It has also been shown to help accelerate recovery after exercise. Other benefits include increasing insulin response, it’s neuroprotective, and an antioxidant.
