Nothing specifically for this. Tried it by itself and went back and forth between some all in one formulas.
How long do your crossfit sessions usually go for?
Roughly 5 minutes after your Zumba class ends
i use LGI Fully Amplified. Gives me energy during the workout and for a little bit after. I stack with High Volume.
Ok folks, need suggestions....and no I'm not searching. What has been in your experience the best energy supp..going to stack it with High Volume.

Agree with fugitive. For energy i love 1mr vortex plus the snowcone are awsome. If for cutting ot lose fat 2caps norcodrene and 1scoop alphamine.

Curious Admin, many recommendations for pre's w/yohimbe...do you respond ok to it? I'm not able to use it before a workout, any amt/version and my bp goes up and feels like my heart is about to explode...

Maybe i have high tolerance in caffeine, even as high as 500mg didnt have hard time to go to bed.
