Hi Everyone,

I'm curious as to opinions for which are the best books for fat loss. I regret to say that I am ecto/endomorphic. So, I can gain weight easily (especially when I was prescribed testosterone); but, it's mostly fat gains and hard to come off.

I know there are many popular books, I wonder what your thoughts are to which one is the best:

- Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle
- Better than Steroids
- Will Brink's Fat Loss Revealed
- Lyle McDonald's Ultimate Diet 2.0

(I'm sure the list goes on and on).

Which one is the best and why?

From your list, venuto and McDonald are good

I read this forum, and the articles posted daily, every day for at least an hour. But I'm sure there's a lot of really good books on the subject.

Girth Control by Alan Aragon is another book to check out on top of the ones you have listed. I haven't read any of the books you have listed however, as I mostly read on the internet now. Saying all that I have read a lot of what Lyle McDonald has on his website and enjoy it.

Just read Bodyopus and will be giving that a go after the semester ends.

Another good book and McDonalds site is a great online resource as well

Chris Aceto-Everything You Wanted To Know About Fat Loss
McDonald, Lyle - The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook
Norton, Layne - The Ultimate Cutting Diet

These ones are pretty good
