I'm reading all these posts that say 'only eat protein,' or carbs are bad. I think it's a little misleading... you can eat small servings that contain healthy low GI carbs, and of course fats like EFA's. Eat protein only and risk gluconeogensis, you can get fat from protein by itself.
Also I'm not sure about morning BCAA's. I think leucine is the only BCAA that isn't going to convert to glucose. So I think leucine while doing fasted cardio would be the way to go.
