First off, This is all information from my own personal knowlege. I am a human just like everyone else so I may be misinformed on some things as well as not have everything in here that deserves to be. I am just kinda tired of reading all the dumb questions and questions that are common sense.
Prohormones/ Designer Steroids:
If you are new to lifting (less than at least 1 year) I would say avoid them. Avoid them anyways. Yes they get you big quick, yes they get you repected by other becasue of size. No they are not safe. They inhibit your growth their after for each future cycle you run there ater. Also, if you are a new person to lifting, they are pointless because you will see new improvements on your lifts, BF%, and Body weight just by keeping a good diet and doing excercise properly. Prohormone/designers should not be taken until you are 21 years of age, and no this is not to be mean, this is to save and protect you. All in all, if you can avoid prohormones/ designers for as long as you can. They cause much problems if not taken with a proper support and SERM/PCT for post cycle. No novedex-xt by gaspari nutrition is not a serm, sorry your local supplement store misinformed you! for PCT/Serm help click here
Workouts:
If you are at a plateau try changing your workout. Popular workouts include the following:
-Bill Starr 5x5 Madcow format (Mass/ strength)
-German Volume training
-HIT
-Custom Workouts
-Bulgarian style lifting
-OVT
-Ripptoe 3x5
-I myself would be happy to write you a workout as well, just ask
Diet
A diet is the soul most important thing to helping you achieve results. This is regardless of whether you are bulking, cutting, or recomping.
For a Bulk
For a cut,
Ratio of importance between diet/excercise/supplementation:
Although this is not a set ration i have found the most effective for me to be the following. I know others follow this similar ratio as well. this ratio depends on what you are trying to do, but this is the basic one.
40%-Protein
40%-Carbs
20%-Fat
Supplements worth your while:
here is a list of supplements people have seen decent results with. Their may be some missing but here is the gist...

This will help you as the beginner get a better understand of what ot expect from AM dot com. Also, make sure to post your questions indepthly. Listing goals, your stats, ect and they are sure to be answered to their fullest extent!
Conclusion:
Before attempting prohormones or any supplementation make sure to tweak your diet and workout first. You can take whatever supplement you want and yes you will see results, but no where what you could have compared to a proper diet and routine while on them.
Remember, supplementation is the last point to follow in this sequence! Results will come. Patience is key. You get out of it what you put into it.
I hope this helps some people. I know this isnt that great of information but i am sitting in class bored right now. if you all have any other thoughts let me know please :-D:bruce2:
