What is your goal? It seems like your goal is to add size/weight. If that's the case, then I recommend eating like a friggin horse for like 6 months. Carbs, proteins, fats, whatever.....eat it all. Keep hitting the gym hard, but eat, eat, eat and then when you think you're full.....eat more. :food:

After you've bulked for 6 months and you can barely see your hog over your gut, then invest in a cycle (of real gear this time) and go to town. Lift, eat, juice, rinse, repeat. After a year you'll be over 200lbs with some decent "after" pics to show for it.

Hey guys the OP hasnt come back...if you havent noticed, he now without a doubt knows he got ripped off, I preached that on the first page of this, over and over.....

He made zero visual gains, and on 3 seperate steroids....BUNK/RIPPED OFF

Faceman you made great gains, and to the guy dissing you who is 280 or something he has no fckn clue...hes probably huge, ya im sure he is...huge bulky and fat, so of course he will insult your progress.

and to the other dude saying you dont have to gain naturally first......I bet you all I have you lose everything you gained on cycle....your also the reason so many morons choose steroids over hard work/consistency and food.

LET ME SAY THIS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Build a natural base with food, compound movements, gainers creatine etc etc....learn the hard way...and then cycle when you cant gain naturally anymore.

Unless your competing it aint gonna do you any good running cycles to make up for shtty work ethic and poor eating habits....

Steroids are the icing on the cake, and even if his gear wasnt fake (which it was ) he doesnt have a fckn clue how to keep whatever he gains. This thread makes me sick

Im just curious and I asked that question to get an helpful answer not a remark. How can you tell your gear is fake before you start your cycle, so maybe next time the op wouldent get ripped off....agian
 
thats a tough one to answer.....trust the guy you get it off I guess, or take his word that he trusts the guy. Who knows....if the government wasnt so fcked....

you said how do you know before you finish. I thought you meant how do you know near the end if what you were doing was real or not.

b4 you start a cycle?......... flip a coin unless you know for 100% its a good source.

by the 4th or 5th week if your strength and weight has not gone up, somethings wrong.........

not that i would know, just from reading so much on the stuff........

some guys say 6 or 7 weeks, but most say within the 1st month you WILL know.
 
Kind of makes a guy want to just use natural supps if you ask me.....same goes for all these fckn orals, who in the fck regulates them....? u guessed it, not a fcking soul.
 
Guys before you finish a cycle what are some ways to tell of a gear is real or fake?

I was scrolling back and forth constantly and could not see a difference other than a wider waist. I've done 4wk mdrol cycles and saw excellent results. EAT BIG TO GET BIG. Gear doesnt work by itself. Muscle does not come from magic fairies overnight. It comes from FOOD.

Good work EB2GB, good example of how it's done. I can tell from the first pic why you started lifting btw, lol. No offense, where were alot of us twigs back in the day.

that diet cant be much more than 2500 calories? thats being prety optimistic because Im eating at around 2100 at the moment and the meals have way more food in them than that diet...IMO.
 
You put the words into your own mouth, "Gain 40 pounds before cycling"

Maybe 40 pounds is a bit extreme, but to go from cold turkey to a 12 week steroid cycle is ridiculous and a waste of money. At least wait until you plateau so your strength is already up. If you strength is already up there and you add steroids on top, you'll see FAR better results.

i really am sorry if i acted like an Ahole but man, if you cant show drastic change on that type of cycle, you either have a really fast metabolism or he doing something wrong
 
The sad part is/was is that he was injecting an unknown substance in his body for 12 weeks. Could have killed the guy

His gear could have been suspect as well. Or Diet was not on. I will give you that.

However,

Gear is not some magic potion and you blow up like Ronnie Coleman. Most of the time, 10 actual pounds of lean mass in a 16 week cycle is VERY good.

Most natty guys work a whole year to get close to that.

Anybody can bulk up 20 pounds, its not hard. LBM aquisition is harder then most people realize.

Anyways.
