Thats just f*cking rediculous! :jaw:

I think your getting close to game over time to move onto something else when you can start saying 1/2 ton on anything

I have been away for some time. On that note, I have one thing, and one thing only to add. Beelze, your dog is ****ing gangster.

Such a small dog for such a huge mutherf*cker!! hahaha

speedy the batdog is famous in these parts. attacks rottweilers and pitts with no hesitation. of course, they look at him like he's f'ing retarded but he gives it a try anyway.

the chest has spoken, no more gym til next tuesday - leg day.

lesson learned for the day: 90 minutes of kickboxing lessons is a hellacious way to do cardio. no f'ing way possible i can train on tuesday/thursday from now on, i'm worn out.

kickboxing? in all seriousness are you flexible enough to do that? a lot of big guys can't move around for sh*t .. i've stretched my whole life .. got into the habit from football .. now granted i'm no where near your size but if i didn't stretch often i can't imagine i'd be able to move well at all

Kickboxing? Not only are you turning your body into a machine, you're turning it lethal as well? Huh...You might get abs now Beelze.. just think... vanity isn't too far away now.

Finally trying to live out your Crocop dream :D

Are you doing Muay Thai, K-1 style or Tae Bo with Billy Blanks. I bet you'd look mean with some leg warmers in front of the television

glen, i've been fairly flexible for a while. hell, i could do a full split a year or two ago. just like anything else, takes practice. being larger doesn't really effect much, just endurance. 270lbs jumping around gets a little tiring, lol.

ubi, who knows where it'll go? i consider it like owning a gun - it's better to have one and not need it, than to need it and not have one. besides, running on a treadmill is boring, lol. this is much more intense and fun.

beo, muay thai. i highly doubt i'll ever compete. the instructor is a former powerlifter so he understands my qualms about the whole thing. "breathe ya big bastard, this ain't a 600lbs squat, you don't hold your breath until the end, you'll just pass out."

9/27 - quads/hams/calves
small workout, just so i won't feel like a total waste, lol.

squats (ATG, shoulder width)
bar x 10
135 x 6
225 x 3
315 x 3
belt added
405 x 2
520 x 2 PR :D(spot on 2, back to 75% next time)

leg ext. supersetted with hammer leg curls - 3 trips through

seated calves - 5 sets x max (120lbs)

stretches, in and out - 35 mins.

will be starting a new program soon, but until then i'm just going to do some half ass workouts such as this to keep me sane. hopefully, recover completely in the process and not feel so run down.

can't say at the moment, at least not openly. per request of the program writer, he's tired of other 'trainers' stealing his sh!t.

Welcome to the internet.

I'd be a little worried to have you my class personally. What if half-way through the class you start going catabolic? You look to your side and see small asian lady you think " I like sushi." ANd you eat her! LOL

As the instructor, I wouldn't be so worried if you didn't like the class. I know by the end of the class you'd be unable to catch-- providing I wasn't eating a donut; then ALL bets are OFF!

I have this new program.. I designed it. I simply go to the gym, grab a plyometric box, sit on it and stare at a group of people training. I then envision myself training with them. I stare and stare (to the point of aggravating the people I am staring at), eventually closing my eyes and becoming completely enveloped in the scene in my head. I grunt along with my imaginary movements.. hitting PR's and screaming with glee...

I've been doing this for the past two weeks on my "hiatus" from posting. I don't touch a weight, or do anything that would break a sweat.. I just.. imagine. I'm going to come up with a routine and share it with all of you twigberries.

If it's this one, you owe me some duckets....

good lord, another 90 mins session of this sh!t and i'm soaked. the first session was a teaser compared to this one. i can't recall a time where this much HIT cardio was performed at one time, boot camp excluded of course. the last 15 mins we finished up with some plyometrics, only things i could hang with were the pushups and situps, lol. i'll definately be an 'in-shape' bastard after a month or two of this though. 3 hours a week of getting my ass kicked is good for self-esteem :D that eliptical can piss off for the time being.

as for the new lifting program, true, the internet has made thievery much more available and easy to get by with. i'm sure bobo is more than fed up with his stuff being passed around.

I'm also a flexible guy, i can ALMOST do the splits and i'm 275lbs right now, DC stretchs help as does the PNF stretching that i get done with my massage therapist.

You're going to have abs god damn it.. This will mark a whole new era. I won't be able to fend of the admirers like before.
