I echo everyone's well wishes for a speedy recovery and for you to be back crushing it in the gym sooner than later :D

I fell victim to whatever was going around, but it hit my sinuses. I was out of commission for over a week, and even when I was finally well enough to get my workouts in, but fatigued afterwards and feeling like crap. All told it knocked me down for over 2 weeks and I am just now starting to feel better. I hope you can feel that soon too!
 
Ditto, bro. Hope it passes quickly! Went through my house and extended family. But I seem to have made it out without catching it!

Before Abs and Cardio I took Two Yohimbine, and applied absolutely Abliderated to Stomach and Legs.. After cardio I applied Sustain Alpha.
