Morning Weight 222

I was going to do cardio today, but I decide not to.. Tomorrow morning will be cardio and tomorrow evening I will do
Shoulders and Back..Today I dosed 2 Yohimbine, 5 Tribulus, and 3 pumps of Sustain Alpha..I feel Really good and Alpha Power!

Dosed 2 Yohimbine, applied Absolutely Abliderated to stomach, and legs before cardio.. After cardio and shower, I applied Sustain to inner thigh area. Going back to the gym today for Shoulders/Back, and dosing Epibeta 4 caps, Ostar1ne 2 caps..
 
That's what I'm talking about bro ! Doing shoulders arms and cardio .. too was only going to do 4 miles .. but now I gotta do 5 .. here I come !

Barbell Behind Neck Press 9sets
Barbell Front Press 9sets

Wide Grip Lat Down/7sets
Seated V-Bar cable Row/8sets
T-Bar Rows 7sets
Upright Row 7sets

My muscles are fuller and more definition.. Strength level has increased by 30%, Recovery,and Aggression is Awesome!!

Really wish you would replace the behind the neck presses with something else. They will start to take a toll on your shoulder joints. (Anything behind the neck)
Just looking out for you, for the long run.
Looking back I Wish I would have never done them.
 
Behind the Neck shoulder Press, I go with light weight 50-60lbs..

Still a horrible motion for the joint.
Just my 2 cents. I did these for 12 years before it destroyed my shoulder. No signs of pain just one day pop!
A lot of science on how bad these are for your shoulders. Wish I had that information back in the day.
I still remember the pump was awesome! That is why I did them. Of corse everything I did back then was blow your balls across the gym weight. Lol.

BEAST73 I remember telling the guy in the gym that I benched 315 for 4 and he laughed at me. That **** hurt that guy was huge I kind of idolized him but this was back in 2002 I was only 18 years old. I started juicing heavily by the time I was 19. I never really stopped I have been in a couple accidents and been through a couple of bad injuries. But I will not give up and I will keep trying to get back to where I was. You guys are an inspiration to me so thank you all for everything you put into this.

I wouldn't even post my 1rm for any lift at this point .
