Bean's 1st contest prep (Lecheek last 8 weeks)

I will be watching your shredding plan carefully. Stalled at 12.9 last year. My goal is to get under 10 this year. First I have to get to 12.9 LOL!. Slow and steady.



I have ton of OG OxyECA and also have c20. Need to get hyper T2.

Bean the way i did it was i took my preworkout with ht2. Im the same as you preworkout shake i just would give the shake 20 minutes or so then take my pre and HT2 then about 4 rs later oxy black between meals. 2 caps of each was too much for me i started dropping weight like crazy so i did i oxyblack and 1-2 ht2 a day

Thanks snags, my only complaint thus far is the last two weeks once I get home from work all I want is carbs I eat my 2nd to last meal 30 mins b4 I get home from work. It's everything I can do to not gorge myself.

That's what I did on my own yesterday I was only depleted for 24 hrs and then after my last meal I had like four or five handfuls of banana Cheerios (dry) and looked pretty damn big and vascular for the rest of the night. Woke up pretty tight and vascular as well. A **** ton of veins this am during my wo.

Been rocking jefit for about a yr now and recommend it to everyone who asks about my workouts. Simply the best app out there for tracking workouts. It doesn't allow for dropsets though would be my only gripe. But you can keep track of those through the "notes" function.
