Bean the way i did it was i took my preworkout with ht2. Im the same as you preworkout shake i just would give the shake 20 minutes or so then take my pre and HT2 then about 4 rs later oxy black between meals. 2 caps of each was too much for me i started dropping weight like crazy so i did i oxyblack and 1-2 ht2 a day

I agree id would do a few trial runs deplete then load starting maybe 4 weeks out

Thanks buddy tonight after resting most the day and drinking a shyt ton of modern BCAAs fever is gone. I also said fock it and started an antibiotic.Been rocking jefit for about a yr now and recommend it to everyone who asks about my workouts. Simply the best app out there for tracking workouts. It doesn't allow for dropsets though would be my only gripe. But you can keep track of those through the "notes" function.
That sucks bro, but your in damn near peak shape and your diet is on. You should kick this in no time.
