Maybe you or someone else can shed some light. I'm not full fledged following it just adding some lifts from it into my split to change things up. I'm meeting with my coach sat so ima see what kinda split/routine he wants me on.
But, DW when I go to the links that jimbuick and u sent me I see he lays out the format in phases but I don't see anywhere where he outlines a split at all. I'm kind of retarded tbh when it comes to looking at this **** online plus I mainly access it from my phone. Can u help a brotha out cuz I really want to run this program after my comp.

It's tricky with your phone bc somehow it can become "jumbled" if you scroll to the bottom (sometimes the next page even) he has some sample workouts.
I only did them a few times and now switch from time to time with minor adjustments. It's all kind of up to you to make it.

I had to get on my desktop. Too much stuff for my phone like DW said it gets all jumbled. I just use the sample workouts and add a a few things to it. But im still in phase 1. maybe i shoulda started in phase 2? Yesterday was chest day and since I felt like I still had a little gas left in me I went to the flat bench threw 185 on and planned on doing 3 sets of 10 -12 reps with letting the bar just barely set on my chest for 3 seconds and 3 seconds on the way Down. Needless to say I think I ended up doing 3 sets of 5 lol

Holy **** that last destroyer set took like 5 mins or so these older guys were looking at me funny while I was doing partials and swings like wtf are u doing, but I had a t shirt with a hoodie over it and my shoulders were were so full looked like little balls on my rear delts. **** em I don't see any you guys changing your physique weekly. They've looked the same since I started training here. Lol

i've done about every bodypart mixed with every other bodypart you can think of thru the yrs..
chest/shoulders..chest/back..chest/arms.. certainly good to mix things up and move around (my preference anyway)
chest/shoulders is cool for awhile, esp in a prep. not something i would encourage for a "regular" practice tho (my opinion)

Meeting with coach went well. He's very excited and said I'm on and even a little ahead of schedule. No dietary changes as I'm progressing weekly composition wise. Very encouraged as I was nervous as I have zero confidence in myself.
My HCG came in yesterday I will be dosing 2500ius either sun/weds or mon/thurs.
We had a very detailed convo about this therapy and he's very excited for me to see positive changes with increased test levels. I need to talk to my doc about prescribing me some arimidex to have on hand so I can combat any estro sides immediately if need be. Overall I'm enjoying this process thus far. I'm learning a lot about what I'm actually capable of and feel I'm growing mentally ea day. I've played competive baseball all my life really (3 years of college ball), state high school FS record holder, I'm a low handicap golfer, but this sport has been my biggest challenge yet and most rewarding by far. I'm glad to have you guys along for the ride.
