In and all caught up. I think you are a under 15% myself, either way though you have a good base for your competition. Keep killing it.
 
So yesterday I did get in another 30 mins of cardio and abs after work. Fock I hate doing abs more than cardio lol. First time I've done them in like 6 months probly

DW and others turned me onto mountain dog training I've been reading up on it not nearly enough but what I'm doing is keeping my split but replacing exercises of mine with diff variation of his lifts. I'm digging it so far.

DB dead stop rows

3x12/11/9

One arm bb rows

3x12/10/8

Stretchers ( ****ing love these )

3x12/11/10

Heavy partial pull downs

3x12/12/10

Bb shrugs with 3 sec hold at top

3x12/12/10

Good mornings

My last have never had a pump like this. Best back workout ever.

Note for yesterday's chest workout I implemented meadow's DB twist press, his variation of incline bb press and stretchers after my machine work. Holy **** my inner pecs are sore love it.

Shoulders tomorrow. Ill post up my macros for today as its my first high day.

Hell yeah! I'm almost done with my blast, gonna take a 2 week cruise then hit some DC before going back to MD for my recomp. I'm having some solid results with this "bulk"

Maybe you or someone else can shed some light. I'm not full fledged following it just adding some lifts from it into my split to change things up. I'm meeting with my coach sat so ima see what kinda split/routine he wants me on.

But, DW when I go to the links that jimbuick and u sent me I see he lays out the format in phases but I don't see anywhere where he outlines a split at all. I'm kind of retarded tbh when it comes to looking at this **** online plus I mainly access it from my phone. Can u help a brotha out cuz I really want to run this program after my comp.

Btw do u guys pay for access to his programs?

It's tricky with your phone bc somehow it can become "jumbled" if you scroll to the bottom (sometimes the next page even) he has some sample workouts.

I only did them a few times and now switch from time to time with minor adjustments. It's all kind of up to you to make it.

I had to get on my desktop. Too much stuff for my phone like DW said it gets all jumbled. I just use the sample workouts and add a a few things to it. But im still in phase 1. maybe i shoulda started in phase 2? Yesterday was chest day and since I felt like I still had a little gas left in me I went to the flat bench threw 185 on and planned on doing 3 sets of 10 -12 reps with letting the bar just barely set on my chest for 3 seconds and 3 seconds on the way Down. Needless to say I think I ended up doing 3 sets of 5 lol

Haha I'm chomping at the bit to be honest lol. I haven't really decided yet though. I was thinking about going with a short ester like NPP but I don't wanna pin EOD for 10 fuggin weeks lol and im not sure if im educated on 19 nors yet to run one. can't decide if I wanna kick start or bridge an oral and thought about throwing in EQ but honestly haven't heard much good on it. Plus it takes so damn long to kick in I would be on for 18 weeks. So to answer your question...no I really don't have anything lined out yet lol

Holy **** that last destroyer set took like 5 mins or so these older guys were looking at me funny while I was doing partials and swings like wtf are u doing, but I had a t shirt with a hoodie over it and my shoulders were were so full looked like little balls on my rear delts. **** em I don't see any you guys changing your physique weekly. They've looked the same since I started training here. Lol

Anyways I can't thank DW, breezy, jimbuick and big Dan enough for turning me onto this!

I split chest/shoulders for one week, never again.
interesting, not the norm practice for a "regular" type set-up for sure
i've done about every bodypart mixed with every other bodypart you can think of thru the yrs..
chest/shoulders..chest/back..chest/arms.. certainly good to mix things up and move around (my preference anyway)
chest/shoulders is cool for awhile, esp in a prep. not something i would encourage for a "regular" practice tho (my opinion)
unless, there are physical limitations. there is almost always an exception, to almost every rule.

great thing about this thing called bodybuilding :D
endless amounts of variations, and possibilities

Yes sir! I know, very very odd. I found when I do them together, my shoulders are well loosened up after chest.

Surprisingly, my shoulders are growing great! I agree, not for everyone and I was very weary of training them together. Now, I'm hooked (for the next few weeks at least)

I attest some of it to my many years of baseball. Fairly certain I have minor tears in my labriums (it's thought roughly 70% of guys who make it through 4 years of college ball do) paired with biceps tendinitis.

My HCG came in yesterday I will be dosing 2500ius either sun/weds or mon/thurs.

We had a very detailed convo about this therapy and he's very excited for me to see positive changes with increased test levels. I need to talk to my doc about prescribing me some arimidex to have on hand so I can combat any estro sides immediately if need be. Overall I'm enjoying this process thus far. I'm learning a lot about what I'm actually capable of and feel I'm growing mentally ea day. I've played competive baseball all my life really (3 years of college ball), state high school FS record holder, I'm a low handicap golfer, but this sport has been my biggest challenge yet and most rewarding by far. I'm glad to have you guys along for the ride.
