Possibly add a few burn out sets for chest. I don't know though seems more like a physique thing. You're getting up there on those incline bench and I wouldn't say that you're numbers are really that disproportionate. I'll let someone else with more time in comment but that's my opinion. You could always just slay your chest by itself. I prefer the 4-5 day split myself. 5 really let's you just destroy each group individually without having to leave anything in the tank for smaller groups like shoulders. CH/BA/LEGS/SH/ARMS while adding a little HIIT and core work here and there

Thanks for the input bud. I myself shy away from HIIT, drains me more and ramps my appetite, so per the suggestion of my coach I'm not doing it unless we need to towards the end. For now I'm gonna keep the two together and throw in a burnout set or two at the end of chest focusing on muscle contraction and not weight!

Oh yea bro it's dialed I feel great I was just referring to HIIT cardio in above post. I've never trained with much intensity (solo) before. It's seriously the most fun I've had lifting ever. Love it.

Well nutkick me for not posting my entire thought process, lol.

What I was thinking and didn't type was HIIT kills me too man and you probably won't need it. However, I haven't had too many peeps have a negative to say about HIIT and its results.

Just food for thought hahaha

We all do what we do. Just thought I'd share how I roll. I mean I've done a buttload of workouts but the 5 day is my absolute favorite right now and if I'm too worn out I skip day 4 and throw shoulders in with bi/tri day 5 and toss in some giant sets as well. Keep up the hard work brosef

I hear ya bro I agree. I'm just trying to listen to my body for once lol. If I need a rest day I'm taking it haha. Diet will keep me on track I'd rather miss one workout than one meal. Plus I always find a way to make it up. Thanks again bro will do!!

Supp update

So thus far I'm very happy with the beta alanine and magnesium creatine chelate. Mono always gives stomach issues and I bloat fairly easy. SLINshot is almost gone hint hint Purus :-)

I'm am extremely pleased with Anabeta (as always), but more so this time cuz I'm cutting and finally can deal with the hunger that comes with it, such a versatile product. Almost done with 2nd bottle then ill take 4 weeks off of it. I wanna run OG AB or elite the last 8 weeks, I've got one ABE coming I traded for but need to pick up another. The constant fullness/strength maintenance and vascularity is unmatched. So if anybody has any and want to trade holler at me plz! Funds are a little tight with this prep and out fertility doc bills.

I think Anabeta, Oxy ECA black and hyper T 2 would be a sick way to finish the last 8 weeks.

Random notes today,

Had to warm up my rice twice today using my defroster at high temp in my Kenworth I drive for work. Worked pretty well. Had to poke a new hole in my work belt to keep my work pants from falling off lol.

Diet today was as it has been strict and clean, feeling the energy from added carbs which came in the form of 74 g of oats (blended in my morning shake with a large banana ) :yum:
Followed by 3 one cup servings of brown basmati rice. Macros today I believe we're around 45/45/10.

The food pumps from the combo of Anabeta and SLINshot were money today.

Another note I have to give a huge thanks to a fellow bro on here for donating a bottle of SLINshot and some Prodigy. What an amazing forum this is. The support is huge and keeps me motivated to kill it each day. I will definitely pay this forward when I get the chance! Tomorrow will be more carbs and a killer arm session. Early am.

check your ego at the door bro! your at the gym for a reason! your arms might not be your strong suit but that is just the place where you will see the most improvement! dont worry about the weight worry about the progress! your killin and dont let something like that detract you from the ultimate goal which is being on top!

remember that arnold lost the first time because of his calves, it never stopped him and he came back that next year with the best lookin hocks out of the lineup! weakness is motivation, not a hinderance!

Nice workout man. Have you tried mixing up the bi and tri work at all? For phase 1 I went set for set with the hammer curls and pushdowns, then alternated exercises. The first 2 exercises really got the blood flowing and the rest kept my arms pumped throughout.

First off bro never worry about posting stats here. I mean we all are here to learn and progress. I don't like posting pics of my fat lol but do to motivate and show the progress I've made. And every one I mean every one has a weak body part. I'm like you imo my biceps have always been weak compared to other parts. One thing I started doing a couple months ago a friend showed me was spider curls. IMO that was one hell of a workout bro!

I actually always do it that way, I just thought I'd do it separate the first two weeks for something diff. Ima go back to set for set next week. Thanks bro

How are you likin those cross body hammer curls? I'd never done em before. After 3 warm up sets and 3 working sets all with 30 sec rest I'm pumped to the max lol 3 sec. EZ bars are killers too

glad to help out whenever i can! if it was easy everybody would do it! theres only a select few that can handle the stress, demand, and dedication it takes to get to your level. I cant tell you how many people i see give up cause they cant handle the DOMS, dont wanna put in the clean calories and give up their big macs, and get mad/ and or depressed cause they dont look like big lou or sonia gonzales after 2 weeks of running on the treadmill and doing a few leg extensions. your a special breed and dont let anybody tell you different!

superset hammer curls with tri rope pushdowns! 6x12 that are perfectly controlled and done with perfect form 4 seconds up and 4 seconds down with both exercises. on the contraction focus on squeezing as hard as you can the whole way up and letting the contraction "roll" out as slow and controlled as you can. be sure to squeeze the **** outa the dumbell and rope! and dont puss out and grab the rope at the bottom! grab it right in the middle and hold on tight! talk about a new level of deep burn! rest a minute between sets. your entire arm will be on fire for hours! forearms? fugheta 'bout it! your arms will be so sore two days later that you wont be able to pick up a pencil or wash your hair.
