Bean's 1st contest prep (Lecheek last 8 weeks)

I don't know how u do those morning workouts. That is one thing I have not been able I accomplish. Anything before 9am for me equals a sucky workout
 
Pretty solid quick leg workout this morning.

5 sets Squats

One giant drop set on leg press
Started with 7 plates per side stripping one pl off ea set.

Superset
Leg ext and sldl 4 sets

Calf raises 3 sec hold at top on leg press. Cardio 20 mins

Note to self...no more pizza cheat meals omg my stomach is focked up today. Sweated like a pig today as well.

Meeting with my coach on sat so looking forward to that, and should here back on my bloods today as well.

I've always just done sldl I'm embarrassed but I'm not sure the diff between the two? Lol

Yea my normal cheats are burgers, steaks more clean stuff but I was craving pizza so I figured I'd get it outta the way but tbh wasn't even worth it. I've been on the ****ter like 5 times today.

So the nurse from fertility doc called about mine and my wife's bloods today. My wife starts letro then some 400.00 shot. The nurse said my test levels came back at 250 (I've been on dpol for over a month wtf), and my FSH was around 4 I think (quick convo). The nurse hasn't had talked to the doc yet as my bloods came in late so no official treatment for me yet, but we talked b4 and he said as long as my FSH levels were low enough he'd put me on Adex and HCG blast for three months then after she gets prego it looks like trt for this guy.

No wonder I feel like crap most of the time. My last two tests came back in the 350s low but normal still. Ill update after I hear from doc tomorrow.

as for the cheats - yeah sometimes it's like that, we anticipate so much and the reality just falls flat

Yea it's good and bad I guess. Sux we've been trying to get prego for three years, good that he def sees this as a sure thing fairly cheap to. Lao it's nice I found a doc who will work with me. Mine (GP) is a moron I had numerous arguments over fitness/diet and my hormones with him.

I had a great discussion with this guy the other day once we started talking he said he could tell of done some research. We discussed my goals and passions for this sport. He was willing to help told me my options and actually explained that trt to some seems like it sucks, (pinning till I die), but how much better I'd feel would make it worthwhile. Explained after a while the blast and cruise thing which I already knew and said he'd find me a good knowledgable endo to work with me. So it's a positive in my book. This guy wants me in the 500's min but like to see me around 800-900. So time will tell.

So due to lack of followers this early on (which I understand, kind of boring so far) I'm going to update at least weekly with an overview and here and there when needed. When I start my lecheek stuff Ill update daily until the contest is over.

Tues 1-15-13

Took this day off as Monday beat me up. I was drained from getting up around three am then traing legs, then worked 10 hrs all being pretty depleted.

Weds 1-16-13

Chest/tris

Warmup 10 mins 125 cals

DB press and twist (slight incline).
3x12/11/10
These are new for me and I started to light will go heavier next week

Smith incline BB press

5x8/8/8/8/6

Mach chest press

3x10+10

Immediately following press movement I used a band to stretch for 10 stretches.

Pec Deck

3x12/11/10 (3 sec squeeze)

Dip machine

3x11/11/9 drop 10

Rope OH Ext

3x12/12/11

Finished with 10 mins on stairs for 117 cals

Will go in tonight and get in another 30 min cardio session to make up for yesterday.

Diet still on point meat is pretty much all chx, I found eating it cold is way better :-)

Weight was 181.6 upon rising after a piss.

Good stuff going on in here! You have done an amazing transformation from that "Butter" Bean photo. Inspirational to say the least. I agree with Snags about knowing now what the issue is and making the plans to solve it. You should feel a big difference when the T levels come up.

Workouts look good man. And I always eat my chicken cold if its not freshly cooked. Once it's heated up it gets crazy dry and sucks lol.
 
I can't wait man!! As this huge beast on WWE and yeah I watch it since my 6 yr old has a million of them little wrestlers Ryback "FEED ME MORE"
