I do have 2 more bottles so sure no problem. Condense is not going away for me when the log is over. I'm going to start adding creatine to it soon when my cut ends this week.

I know u were! I'll continue it through the end of the weekend and post a final review and some pics on Monday..Then I'm onto my lean bulk which I'm going to log as well so look out!
 
I think I'll step it up to two scoops of condense tomorrow. I've been doing 1 scoop w/ 1 scoop of alphamine but I'll save the alphamine for later in the day to see how 2 scoops of nitratene goodness treats me

2 scoops does it for me. As i've stated before I notice my carb intake plays a big role in the intensity of the pump. The focus and energy to me have been second to none.
 
I have been pushing really hard through my workouts the last week! Started a new gym and with all the extra time since it's open later I can finally get a 1.5 hour workout in. My entire body is sore today if not for condense picking me up I would not be able to do it. Even with yesterday been my last day of Fatsmack Condense was able to do the job and give me the energy to push forward.

Shoulders:
Hammer strength lateral press:
180x12, 200x10, 230x8
Arnold press: 60x12, 65x10
Iso side raises (precor):85x12, 95x10
Seated side raises dumb bells: 35x 14, 35x12
Front raise dumb bell: 35x 12, 40x 10
Rear delts pec machine: 110x14, 120x10

Triceps:
Easy curl cable push downs: 140x 14, 150x 12, 170x 10
Over head rope extensions: 110x 12, 120x 10
Close grip barbell press: 135x12, 155x12, 155x10
Single arm cable extensions: 35x12, 40x10
Dips: 2 sets until fail

15 mins HIT Cardio, 2 mins run/2 mins walk
 
I agree with Beast! Those Arnolds are hefty. They crush your shoulders.
 
I forgot you were taking fat smack on top of this. I took two caps of the original and that stuff is no joke. It turned me into a crackhead for a few hours at 2 caps. One cap was perfect though

Yep I really loved it to. Took 1 pill twice a day for about 2 weeks then went to 2. Didn't crack me out but it shut down my hunger cravings completely!
 
It definitely has some appetite suppression. I had to drink a ton of water with the dose or my stomach became a fire pit.
 
I'm super late, but subbed my friend! Just read this whole thing as I was looking into ConDense myself as a Prew/o for pct after Epi.

Beter late than never! This was my fisrt expirence with the Purus line and I'm very impressed. Condense has been awsome, I like the versitility of it. Running a cut, then the focus and energy for cardio is great with no creatine bloat. Bulking add carbs and creatine and the pumps are insane.I would give it a try.

Definitely noted, I'll have to give it a spin. I'd definitely like to stack it with some creapure and see if I can make away with no bloat! Thx for the input :)

Tossing in 5g aakg with the condense is one hell of a pump. Anything is recommended off the purus line. Absolutely love their products. Best legal supps made :-D
 
Took the night off (not by choice Ha Ha) it was my wifes birthday. Left work early, me and my 2 little boys took her out to dinner! Back workout tonight should be a good one with the day off. I did get a cardio session before bed :hump:

Hahah the one aspect of Endurance that ConDense doesn't help with. Purus better reformulate with this in mind. Could be the first preworkout/pornstar combo product of its kind. Your welcome for the million dollar idea haha
 
So I finished my bottle of Condense :(, but I have 2 more so I downed 2 scoops and headed to the gym to do back. I had a stressed day at work so I needed to take it out on the weights! First exercise and boom new PR! Love it that set the pace for the rest of the night. I've been increasing my volume every week and adding cardio at the end of each session none of this would be possible with out the energy and focus I get from condense.. I also had a bowl of oatmeal with peanut butter before the gym so the pumps were in full effect! Final review coming this weekend.

Way to use the negative to make a positive Caz!! I am going to try the DB rows today for the first time myself. I want to see more ROM with them.
 
Also are your new tubs the same flavor or different? Im going to pick up another bottle and thinking about switching the flavor up
 
FINAL REVIEW

I want to start by once again thanking Aaronjp1, AB and Purus for the chance to log Condense. I enjoyed every minute of this log and in the process found an amazing new PW in Condense. If you been following along you already know how much I enjoyed this product. I'll list my final thoughts below and feel that anyone in the market for a new PW owes it to themself to give Condense a try..

Taste/Mixablity: 9/10 I had the Apple flavor and I thought it tasted like a green apple joy roger! I'ts that good I liked it mixed in about 5-6 oz of water. As for mixing it almost desolved instantly 4 shakes and thats it.

Cost: 8/10 Condense has anywhere from 20-40 servings per container. I experimented alot with dosing and found that 2 scoops did it for me. I'm also around 215lbs. so I needed more than some. Most people would be fine with 1 - 1.5 scoops so its a great value.

Energy/Focus: 10/10 For me this is where Condense has shined! The energey was very clean and even with ZERO crash. I workout at night and need to be able to sleep at 11 PM when I get home. This was not an issue, sleep was fine as other PW have left me looking at the ceiling trying to sleep. I also experienced a slight tunnel vision effect which kept my mind into the workout. I don't think I'll do cardio again without Condense just helps me keep pushing head.

Pump/Vascular : 9/10 Now I need to explain this, when I started this log I was in the middle of a cut. My diet contained very little carbs, most of you know that with this diet its a struggle to lift. At first the pumps where OK, until I figured out that the lack of carbs was hindering the pump. So I started eating some carbs (oatmeal) right before and BAM pumps so intense at times I had to stop. I feel your diet will play a major role in this area.


I would definitly give Condense a try, I enjoyed it and even purchased more. This was also my first try with Purus products and have to say I will be buying more. The reps are very helpful and have even helped to motivate me to keep going..
 
Awesome review log man pretty much how I felt about my run as well. I got a few more days of mine and then I think im going to try the melon flavor
 
Now for you guy's who have been following I'm going to post before and after pic. I've been cutting over the last eight weeks and I'm down 11 lbs down to 215 as of this morning!!! Pictures are not that clear but let me tell you i feel great, I dropped 5 bls. while doing the log and the before pic is from the firstt day of the log about 4 weeks ago..
