Just thought I'd show you guys what my lunch and dinner have been for the last 6 weeks!! I'm going to turn into a chicken soon.
Always been a big fan of Jim Wendler's 5/3/1. It puts on a lot of things in to perspective and adds a necessary touch of simplicity. It strips away all the unecessary garbage that people (myself included) throw in their workouts and allows them to focuse on what matters. Great to follow if you are on time constraints.Always open to advice I'm no way an expert! I tend to be very routined and do need to vary my movements. You have just motivated me to do so!! Any suggestions on workouts that have worked for you? I normally like to train for strenght and size.

Good to hear all the positives in that postFirst I want to thank you guys for all the concern with my little guy!!! He is fine thank God! So I did a trial workout at a new gym thats open later and it was nice not to rush through my workout. I'm going to change gyms there was also a lot more female motivation last night! As usual Condense had me killing my workout..

Solid log brotha!2 Scoops and off to kill shoulders and tri's. I had an awsome workout Condense really gives me the energy and focus to increase and push through all my lifts! Also with the new gym and later hours I was able to add a couple of new exercises and did 17 mins of cardio at the end. My shoulders are so sore today i couldn't comb my hair love it!

True enough.So Fridays are usually my day off but decided to hit the gym since I was on vacation last week. Downed 2 scoops of Condense and entered the zone to murder my back! Felt focused and energized as usual. Felted very pumped and had someone at the gym comment how jacked I looked! Nice since its a new gym and I know no one, he asked the question what was I on? HaHa!! So I had to pump the Purus line which He knew nothing about. He said they don't sell it at *** ? I told him that he won't find many good supps at the 3 letter store and directed him to NP! Love when this old dog can teach the young ones some new tricks!
