bcazo and tyga get bold-drol strong... and big.

Got a great story to share. I'm out of town on business. When I go I try to hit all the local gyms to get a free lift or two out of them. First time in this one today and its leg day. I work up to 4 plates for a triple. I grind the last rep hard, barely get it. I go to rack it. BLAM missed a hook 405 crashes into the safety bars and everyone's staring at me like I'm some sort of ass hole. I about died laughing.

Throwin' weights around so errybody know you're the freakin' man hahaha...at least you made some noise like a boss - can you imagine how mortified you'd have been dropping 135?

Squatting for a true triple is brutal, its the perfect combo of really heavy weight but without the luxury of just banging out a single squat. 3RM is tougher for me than 5 or even a 1RM.

Off: My body is starting to take a beating from all the heavy lifts.. Everthing hurt today so I needed some R&R!!

I'm almost 4 weeks in up 8lbs and currently the biggest I've ever been! Strength is through the roof and I'm feeling really ALPHA right now!!! I last couple of days my knees, hips and shoulder are strating to hurt. I know it's from the heavy lifts and over training but I just can't help it I feel like a machine!! The pumps have come on so strong that they have become painfull!! I had to stop cardio short cause my body was on fire!! I checked my DMZ stash and I have about 5 days left in the first bottle. My original plan was to run this 8 weeks but my results have been so good I don't think I need it, also not sure if my joints can keep up with it? Can't wait to get some new pic's up for you guys.

Abs:
Weighted decline crunches: 4 sets x 35
Standing cable crunches: 80x35, 90x30, 90x30
Seated crunch machine: 100x25x3
Standing cable twists: 60x20x3

Chest:
BB Flat bench: 135x16, 185x14, 225x12, 245x10, 275x6, 285x4, 295x3, 305x2 PR!!! (no spot or I would have done more!!!)

I've been out of this awhile but damn looking solid.

Good call on cutting it short caz. Eventually you will hit the point of diminishing returns anyways so if your body is telling you to give it a break you better listen. Don't want to end up like me!

Today was hectic as all get out. Wedding went great, she showed up and said i do so it worked out lol

Got my triptorelin in today, mixed .5mL sterile water with the 100mcg and injected that sub q. Heres some things that i noticed, some more pronounced then others:

-stung like a bish
-literally 1min after injection, got light headed/nauseous.
-cold sweats for 5 mins or so
-dull headache all night
-appetite went straight through the roof
-balls are hanging lower

*giving you all the chance right now to stop reading, im goin to give a little detail here on what just happend lol

-busted thee most serious nut, i really want to correlate that with the trip because, we've had sex before when i was on torem and everything else and it definitely wasnt comparable lol volume was wayyyy up to

Another thing... diet sucked balls today. Thattisall

Off: I took 2 days off since my joints have been hurting bad! I feel much better today and hopefully with hit the gym today when my little guys take a nap this afternoon.

Lol, everyone catches themselves doing that once in awhile, to some it's second nature hahah. I hate resting and I've been forcing myself 45 secs now, I won't lie with my add I'll check the app sometimes, check out some spanish broads in spandex, change my playlist around and when I workout with diff friends, sometimes I make certain faces, they call that going into retard mode (being able to concentrate and observe as much as possible hahah).

Shoulders & Tri's: So DMZ has kicked in so hard now it is painfull!!! The most intense pumps I've ever felt, once I hit 8 reps on a set the muscle is so full of blood it hurts to the point I have to stop!! Strength is still climbing every workout and hit another PR!! The sad part is that Monday is my last day :sad: My body is in need of some rest. I'm absolutely impressed with DMZ never thought I'd gain this much size and strength in only 4 weeks very good PH. So PCT starts tomorrow and I'm sure the gains will keep rolling in. I'll lay out my PCT to get your guy's thoughts.

Abs:
Weighted ball crunches: 35 x 3 sets with 18 lb ball
Leg raisers: 35x 3 sets
Side bends: 45x 25 3 sets each side

Shoulders:
BB Smith machine shoulder press: 185x16, 205x12, 225x10, 245x5 PR!!!

Seated side raises: 30x14 3 sets

I could do that, I was thinking after the Intimidate and endosurge run out after 30 days to jump on Test powder, C20, prime and another Versa-1 bottle if I like it otherwise anabeta may come into play..

Second cswal's thoughts on the Erase. Hasn't hurt me so far and seems like the safer option against rebound. I have used 1/2/3/3/2/1 to good effect on less suppressive cycles so I'd think maybe a week of 1 behind the last one if you have the pills would be safer (but still zero or 1 the very first week). Plus erase helps you hold the 'cycle look' a nip longer IMO :) This is me picking nits tho, pct looks solid so run the erase how you prefer!

Anabeta would be awesome for pct I would definitely do it.

Yeah dude my strength has come a long way over the last year thanks for noticing!

Erase have always done well for me. I usually gauge the dose by how my joints feeling. Ill running as long and high as I can
