bcazo and tyga get bold-drol strong... and big.

Just droppin in to say my diet is complete crap :D hey im on vacay and my honeymoon who cares? Lol ill be doing damage control when i get back for sure. Ive been reading up on anabeta and versa 1 (at night, after i lay the pipe game) and im going to add those two guys in

Anabeta for eight weeks (4 caps ed)
Versa 1 for eight weeks (1 cap ed)

Still be on my torem, test powder and powerfull when they come in, itll be on my last week though.

Dude you are dedicated to this forum! If you haven't used anabeta make sure your diet Is clean, stuff made me so hungry.

Back: This is the first day of PCT :grumble: and I'm still feeling like a beast! Had a great workout and set another PR!! This is a big PR for me cause almost a year ago I was repping DB rows with 80's! I'm really looking big now and all of my shirts are tight. Guess if I manage to keep these gains I'll have to go shopping. I did get my cardio in and I can feel I'm holding some water weight so I'll keep my cardio going. Work is still crazy and I'm so mentally drained at night that it's effecting my motivation to workout, I have to snap out of it..

Abs:
Ball crunches: 15lbs x35x3
Standing cable twists: 60x25 x 3 sets per side
Flat bench leg raises:3 sets till fail
Decline situps: 35x3 sets

Back:
DB rows: 95x16,100x10, 110x10, 130x6 PR!!!!
Hammer Strength pull downs : 70 per side x14, 80x12, 90x10
Wide grip pull downs: 160x14, 170x12, 180x10
Close grip seated cable rows: 140x16, 160x14, 180x12
Wide grip behind head pull downs:120x14, 120x12, 130x12
Hyper extension: 25lbs x 3 sets till fail

Traps:
DB shrug: 90x16, 90x16, 95x12
BB Shrug: 185x 3 sets till fail
Behind back BB Shrug: 185x 3 sets till fail

Cardio:
Elliptical: 15mins / level9 / 1.8 miles
 
I just figured out what's going on with me, I have a cold coming on!! Just popped some airborne and ill hit up some Advil cold and sinus before bed that should have me better tomorrow. Still may hit the gym tonight we'll see.
 
I'd say not bad for a dude in PCT, except that's not bad for anybody!! Nice work big guy, remember the transition to pct has your cortisol trying to soar if you don't suppress it and the immune system is at its most vulnerable now, so do your best to tow the line. Stay heavy, but consider a bit less volume or skipping a day if you can tell you're fighting a bug; you're your own best chance and worse enemy to hold your gains so listen to your body!

Thanks Hyde I couldn't have said it better myself. I did take the day off last night and I'm feeling much better today so going to murder chest and bi's tonight!!

DB incline press: 100x 8

Standing alternating cable curls: 90x8 ( per side)

Well gentlemen, im back home (sad i am) went from waking up right on the beach looking at the ocean, to six inches of snow.

I lied about adding versa 1 and anabeta, but, i did order the MAN stack. PR XT (essentially anabeta + more) and nolvedren. Ill run this guy for eight weeks, i did slack like hell on my diet while honeymoonin but, i still weigh 163lbs. Im going to lower my kcals starting tomorrow just to recomp a bit.

Hittin legs tomorrow after church and hearing the good word!

Probably the best thing you could have did in the beginning of pct is to relax and pound some calories like you di; at least you know you didn't starve off any new mass brother! Hope the MAN stuff is enjoyable; their body octane game day has never done me wrong. Strong and lots of servings for the price w/ koolaid taste. Kinda fatburner-y tho.

Yea i think the trip shot may have helped as well. The body octane game day is the OG formula not the new on right? I almost bought OG bottle, and the new bottle lol

If this next eight weeks goes as planned, ill be gearing up to try a test/tren transdermal cycle for ten weeks. After i take a small hiatus or course.
 
That sounds awesome man. Body Octane was their original stim-less, creatine-less PWO. Body Octane Game Day was their rehash of BO with stims but no crea (solid product but it can be strong so don't overdue it right away). The new Game Day kind of moves it in another direction again, but haven't tried it.

Day 45

Cardio: had a busy day toady!! Took little guy to the doctor for some shots and spent 4 hours at the car dealer getting the wife a new car! Just hit a 30 min cardio session and my little guy has been up crying from the stupid shots!! No rest for me tonight but got my cardio in at least.

Cardio: speed walk treadmill 30 mins 2.6 miles.

When you going to start taking your shots big guy?
 
you may want to look at splitting those shots throughout 2 or more visits. Ive done that for both my girls and they have never had any sides. Not even fever.

We got a new Nissan rogue. My wife had one already and the lease was due in 3 months so I made a great deal and turned it in early. She loves it great on gas, all wheel drive and is fully loaded. Great wife car with the kids.
