I wanted her to get the pathfinder it is much nicer now that they restyled it but too big for her. We had a murano before the rogue and that's was nice too. My wife has an hour drive to work so the rogue is great for the gas milage. This is our 4 Th Nissan never had an issue with them.
 
Yeah I have a 2011 altima S special edition. I love it. Had a sentra SR before that and she had an 08 rogue

Please stop the Nissan talk! Ive had about a dozen Zs over the years. From my 1st, which was a 1978 280Z to my last which was a 2005 350Z 35th Anniversary Edition. I've been wanting a new Altima Coupe the past few years, but I have to go SUV this time around. The Nissan talk isnt helping my resolve. Bastards! Lol
 
All the love for nissans! I drive an 2012 altima, only a 2.5 s with a sun roof, Wish it was a v6 but it was outta my dollar range lol
 
you may want to look at splitting those shots throughout 2 or more visits. Ive done that for both my girls and they have never had any sides. Not even fever.

My fam knows what's up but I haven't had a serious gal since I lost my natty status. Wondering how that will go when the time comes.

It's tough sometimes man; gotta bring your next dose with you into public in lil ziplocs and hit the bathroom at restaurants if you're out with a friend who isn't in the loop or at a social event and such. I believe I've mastered the art of bombing 10 pills in a single cupped palmful of water out of a sink faucet.

I've always called PH's something else and no one is ever the wiser. My wife knows what they are now though and she's cool with it. She gets sketchy if I bring up my desire to pin, but she's perfectly fine with hormonal use in a pill. Go figure. lol

Cardio: Another cardio only day just had a busy weekend and had no time to get to the gym. My muscles are still feeling full I think it may be from the Versa-1?? Let see how my strength is tonight at the gym, going to hit shoulders and Tri's..

Cardio:
Treadmill: 37 mins speed walk, 2.7 miles, 450 calories burned time to thin out and show off my new muscles!! LMAO

Burned 100 kcals this morning fasted on the eliptical (i know thats not much, but im in a kcal deficit already(-200))

Holy crack was i weak when i hit legs lol i didnt over do it on the sets/reps because a week and some layoff from the gym... asking to be SORE.

Squats- 135x10x2 185x8x2 205x9 205x8
Hack squats- 45x8x2 55x8x2 (lb per side)
Lying leg curl- 30x10x4
Seated leg curl- 120x12x4
Leg ext- 60x11x4
*Various calf exercises

My legs are already sore as that deal. I rolled my legs out last night, which btw was painfull as hell and again today before i went in. Still on my tor, powerfull, test powder and that body fortress test booster.

Next week ill hammer out heavy sets, but i gotta ease myself back into things lol

*diets almost fully gluten free

Nice to have you back brother hitting the iron!!! Smart idea to take it easy the first day back.. I'm sure some DOMS are going to set in soon..

I'm a week into PCT and my muscels still feel full, not sure but I think Versa-1 has something to do with it. Lets see if this continues over the next couple of weeks. Stepped on the scale today and I'm sitting at 218 so I'm down 2 lbs but that was water weight. I believe the scale will hold here until I start to cut. Lets get it fella's big things are going to happen this week!! :)

Crunch machine: 35x 3 sets
Side bends: 45x 25 3 sets each side

Shoulders:
BB Smith machine shoulder press: 185x16, 205x12, 225x10, 245x7, 255x 5 PR!!!
Arnold press: 65x12, 70x10, 75x6 PR !!!
Seated side raises: 30x14 3 sets
Standing front raises: 25x14 x 3 sets

Tri's:
Cable push downs; 140x16, 160x14, 180x10
Seated cable skull crushers: 60x14x 3 sets
Reverse grip single arm extensions: 40x14x 3 sets
