Legs: I decided to drop some weight on my lifts and go with more volume just to change it up.. For being in PCT I'm feeling really good, pumps where very strong last night and the reps just keep coming almost felt like I was still on!! I'm going to have to credit this to Versa-1 if this continues this stuff is legit! Libido is coming back :hump: and the boys are doing fine!!! The cramps that I was getting have gone away today so thanks guys I be eating more bananas!!! Tonight I'll be working back!!!

I wanted to ask you guys, what your thoughts were on joint pain. As you know I finished PCT up a bit ago and had some serious knee pain as well as pain in my thumb. I'm sure it's from the Aromasin but I wanted to hear what your experiences have been?

Are u still taking aromasin?? If so how long have you been on it?? Sounds like it's def the problem

Chest and bi: This was my Friday workout only had a hour so I flew threw it. I'm really hardening up nice. Pump was painful and had to stop on a couple of sets. I had skin tearing pumps at the end if this one felt great!!!

Abs: no time :(

Chest:

Hammer strength press: 2 plates each side x 20, 3 plates x 14, 2 plates x 14
Incline DB press: 90x14, 95x10, 85x12
Pec deck: 180x 3 sets till fail

Bi's:
Standing BB curls: 80x14x3

Aromasin doesnt cause my bones/joints to ache (my e levels may be high though?) But, the aromasin can definitely be the culprit. Orange triad + extra super cissus should alleviate the pains and aches

I did have a little trouble falling asleep last night...hmm.. i like it though. Decent pumps and the COP had my endurace up. Seriously, my rest periods were SHORT

No, I've been done for 2 weeks now.

Hmm.. maybe your e hasnt rebounded yet? It may still be in the dumps from the aromasin. All speculation, im not sure lol if that helps any... at all.

Shoulders & Tri's: Workouts are still great, I'm almost surpised on how well my strength is climbing. Stepped on the scale this morning and I'm down 2 more pounds and still have kept most of my size. Last night I added Alphamine into the mix. I changed the dosing a bit and took it 30mins PW then drank my Volatile on the way to the gym. Wow what a great combo the added energy in alphamine made it just the right mix!! I will continue to use this combo really enjoyed it.. Also going to say that Versa-1 is the real deal it has my muscles feeling rock hard and as you see strength is still climbing in PCT.. Life is good right now!!
