Sorry guys lost track of what day this is, I do know that PCT starts Saturday . Below is my workout from Thursday which was my first day back to the gym in a week!!! Man did it feel good the throw the wieghts around.. I took it easy and didn't go to heavy cause I know this old body of mine, and if did I would have hurt myself. So this workout was focused on volume and I think I'm going to continue this for the next 4 weeks of PCT. I felt great and feeling sore as hell so it was a good shock to the body... Man its good to be back!!!!

Abs:
Weights crunches 50 lbs: 3x35
Roman chair leg lifts: 3 sets x 35
Decline situps (no weight): 3 sets x50

Chest:
BB flat bench: 155X20, 185x16, 205x14, 225x12, 225x12
DB incline bench: 80x14, 80x14, 85x12
Pec deck: 155x16, 175x16, 195x10
Standing Cable Flys: 60x20,65x16,70x14,75x12

Bi's:
EZ bar standing cable curls: 100x16, 110x14, 120x12, 130x12

I have to agree PCT is a time to push and your coming off cycle so by the second week it gets tough, when this is kicked in it really does make things a bit easier.
 
Day 3 PCT
Hit the gym for a excellent back workout!! I'm feeling really good and my PCT supps are starting to kick in, Been waking up in the morning and mini me is standing at attention! LOL The higher volume workouts are also kickin my a$$. I will say that crea trona has given me a big boost in endurance. I have never been able to do this may reps before. I will note that you must drink alot of water did notice some cramping but increasing fuilds has helped..

Abs:

Back:

Day 4 PCT
My PCT is starting to get fun. I've been sore after each of the last 4 workouts and my volume is going way up! Legs felt so good I even managed a PR! I can really start to feel my body harding which you got to love.. I had an unbelievable pump going in my thighs last night that I almost couldn't walk! Once again I can credit crea trona for the added endurance and pump.

Abs:

Standing oblique crunches: 45lb plate 25 each side x 3

I had some extra time since my legs were not going to let me do cardio so I did some random exercises. Felt like a beast at the end of the night!
 
Amazng that a creatine product could do all this.. most unexpected for me...

Day 5

I'm paying for my last 3 workouts DOMS are killin me right now!!! My body is screaming for a day off but it not going to happen. Had another awsome workout A buddy at the gym commented that I was looking big last night I'm feeling pumped all day which is always nice. I think I'll be sticking with the higher reps for awhile.

PCT is going good, I do miss the recovery I had on Halo. My body is so sore, Had to scale down my workout a little. Still like the feeling that crea trona is providing. It is helping me push out alot of extra sets. I'm glad I saved it for PCT!

Yah comng off cycle starts getting tough around say week 2 or so, that's why something like Creatrona can really help, I would run it right through PCT and bridge, I had a pretty long bridge this time though so... I have to take a break and it's about 8 more weeks till I cycle again.

Hit the gym for a what felt like a forever back workout LOL. Once again feeling really good and Alphamine had me dripping sweat. Also PCT supps are really helping me to max out all this volume.. I upped my crea trona from 8 to 12 and I did notice a difference! I think I will be sticking with 12 just can't wait to get my hands on the power to mix in my PW. I'm hoping to hit my goal weight by the end of the year.

My strenght has been increasing! I just switched my workouts to a more volume less weight routine to give this old body a rest.

What a workout today! I was really into all my lifts and felt and looked like a breast at the end! My viens are starting to pop and the pump I had going last night was intense. I was so zoned in I completly forgot to look at the time and only had ten mins left at the end for cardio. Oops guess I'll make up for it tonight..

Loving the support!! Yeah I wrote off Creatine years ago due to the bloat, but this stuff seems to be different. The biggest benefit I've notice so far is muscle endurance. The stuff is cheap and comes in pill and powder form very versitle. I've mixed crea trona with condense for a great PW.. Also bought ignite2 and have been using it for the last 1.5 weeks and its good stuff. Fina flex has some good things happening right now I'm very impressed.

Welcome !! For me and I weigh around the same as u I fine that 8-10 is the sweet spot. I also like to dose it all at one time PW. I would start with 6 and moveup, It took about 2-4 days for it to really kick in..
 
I think the sweet spot is really about preference. I like some pump I'll admit it's fun so I go 6 pre-workout but some like insane pumps so they go more. 4 is plenty really... even 2 will make a difference.

BCazo - Your curls make me sick! I am insufficient and need to just crawl under a rock or something. Are those clean beautiful strict curls or muscle em up and lower under control? Nothing wrong with the latter just if the second I can just like stand behind a rock in the shadows instead of crawling under one is all.
 
Yah what I do with curls is I do strict form as long as I can then when I can't I use as much body english as I need and work negatives. This is one cheat that does pay off cuz those negatives are fuggin nasty... tear you the fug up!!!

First thanks for following along! Now as for my curls, I would say I do both! It's about a 70/30 split, I try to be as strict as possible, so the last 4-5 reps on my last set would be more muscled up than the first half.. Now by looking at your Avi I'm the one who would be hiding behind you!! LOL Best of luck to u as a rep Finaflex has some team assembled!!

So 2 leg workouts in a row I managed another PR!!! Legs are still work in progress for me so I'm very happy with where I'm at right now.. Crea trona has helped me squeeze out these extra sets.

I just started my second bottle of Crea trona so I feel it's time for my middle way thoughts. First off I've been lurking Finaflex products for awhile and this is my first product I've tried and not going to be my last. Never realized what a great group of guys behind these products! They truely believe and use all that they sell not just some sales person looking to move product. So if and when you have questions you can get first hand experience which is priceless!! Another thing that stands out to me is the quality control of the company, I'm the guy who opens caps and looks at the product. I've notice that every cap has the same amount in them which is not the case with a lot of other companys. So you are getting exactly what you pay for!

As for Crea trona itself, at this point I'm impressed! I don't want to spill it all now but I've see no bloat from this product which for me is big since I'm on a cut. I dose it all PW and I acually feel it start to kick in which I have never experienced with creatine before. I just came off a PH cycle so I can't give an honest opion on strenght since my cycle did alot for me. I will say that endurance has really shined with Crea trone and extra 1-2 sets come with ease. Thats it for now so back to the log!!!

Day 13
This was my unlucky # 13 workout, just one of those days I had to fight with myself to go to the gym.. I figure a bad workout is better than no workout so I picked myself up and went. I took it easy because my left shoulder has been acting up again! Took my ignite @ and 8 crea trona's and wouldn't you know it about 15 mins inthe the workout I got a second wind an managed a good workout. All sets were very slow and controlled with alot of negative! By the end of it my tri's were pumped as a mother!!! Got to love this stuff..


Abs:

It freaks me out how sets seem to get easier where normally they should be getting harder.....
