FullBlitz 14 Day Run
Dosing:
For this run I will be logging it in several different types of training atmosphere.
Some days I will be fasted and take upon waking 3:00 am
Other days I will use it after work around 11:30am-12:30pm
The later days I will usually have 50 grams of carbs from a bagel or other bread source (English muffin, pancakes, Oats, etc)
My water intake will be varied as well : Fasted 15-20oz, Fed 70-90 oz
I will try to keep sodium relatively the same, but can’t regulate that too strictly
What I am looking to Highlight.
Taste, Mixability, Formula, Pump, Energy, Focus and Overall performance
My training is usually 6 days a week, rest day when necessary.
Arms/Light Chest
Back/Light shoulders
Legs/Abs
My diet is essentially what I want, because I don’t have any real plans for it, but mostly healthy items, except my pre-workout, because work is crazy. I will fluctuate carbs Pre-workout and the timing, as my job gives me the ability to train at any time.
