Thanks to The Solution for putting this logging opportunity together. Let's get to it.

FullBlitz 14 Day Run

Dosing:
For this run I will be logging it in several different types of training atmosphere.
Some days I will be fasted and take upon waking 3:00 am
Other days I will use it after work around 11:30am-12:30pm
The later days I will usually have 50 grams of carbs from a bagel or other bread source (English muffin, pancakes, Oats, etc)
My water intake will be varied as well : Fasted 15-20oz, Fed 70-90 oz
I will try to keep sodium relatively the same, but can’t regulate that too strictly

What I am looking to Highlight.
Taste, Mixability, Formula, Pump, Energy, Focus and Overall performance
My training is usually 6 days a week, rest day when necessary.
Arms/Light Chest
Back/Light shoulders
Legs/Abs
My diet is essentially what I want, because I don’t have any real plans for it, but mostly healthy items, except my pre-workout, because work is crazy. I will fluctuate carbs Pre-workout and the timing, as my job gives me the ability to train at any time.

First have to say that flavor is strong, did two full scoops at around 10am after I got off of work. The flavor is good for being a grape bubblegum, not a huge grape fan, but will say it was pleasant.

It mixed up very easy did a few shakes and let it sit, no residue at the bottom not much floating around, overall mixed the way I wanted it to

I did dose it after work, so I made sure that I ate a little before the dosing, probably about an hour before. Used a Thomas Blueberry bagel as my source.

I like this formula because of the focus factors it brings, I was tuned into my workout, which is good, cause I sometimes zone out

The pump was good, I like products that incorporate good soild ingredients at the right doses. I had a pump from the second set, till the last little bit I did, also had some after doing cardio

Overall I liked the first workout I had with this product. I could have eaten more pre-workout to ensure a nasty pump and I will probably do that more often going forward. I will have a later workout tomorrow, because I have a hockey game to go to tonight. May stock up on some goodies and see how that pump will be tomorrow after work and all that jazz

Overall had a good lift, good pump, good focus and good energy

Took 2 scoops of FullBlitz (1 serving) a half hour before the workout, about an hour after I ate a meal containing roughly 80+ carbs and man oh man was I feeling it. I do working out with food in my system and this combination seems to digest well for me. The pump was great, no issue with that at all. I am not the biggest fan of a high dose of caffeine all at once (335 mg for to scoops), but to me the workout was a fine. I will dose it at 1.5 scoops either tomorrow or Saturday, to see how that is. I did have good focus throughout the workout, so that was a positive for me. I also may try 1 scoop FullBlitz and 1 scoop VasoBlitz to see how that workouts out for me. Overall good workout on day number 2

Leg Press 4x12 @ 5 45s per side +1 100 per side

Lunges 4x15 steps each 1 45 per hand

Leg Extensions 4x20 100lbs

Squats 3x5 @ 165

Belt squats 4x12 @ 4 45s per side

Seated Leg curl 4x12 @ 160lbs

Overall had a good workout. Had enough energy to get through it, the pump was good, wish I had time to eat before I trained, but had a hectic day, oh well. On day three loving the 1 scoop Full and 1 scoop VasoBlitz. This stuff is great. Tomorrow is a training day, so that will be good. More than likely going to try 2 full scoops again as I will be training after work.

Also heard a little birdie whisper into my ear that there are going to be some pretty dope sales on some supps starting tomorrow. The Solution is the man who can hook you up.

Holy pump day. All I can say. My back was full and pumped. I had a free meal the night before this workout this morning. Wow, I do not believe I have ever had a workout that had me feeling this good. The 1 and 1 combo works well for me as I didn't feel to jittery and did not have a crash, but also had a good pump.

My workout was great, after taking a few days off I was it good to be back in the gym. As I try different combo's of FullBlitz and VasoBlitz, I do notice that I do tend to have a better time with a 1:1 ratio. The 1.5 scoops and above are good, but for some reason, it doesn't feel the same. But to each there own. This workout was probably an easier one, I needed a break so, figured I would hit some high volume and let the pump do its magic. Overall liked the workout, but will stick to a more 1:1 ratio of Full and Vaso.

There is 0 need to go over 2 scoops of either (or combination) due to the clinical doses of ingredients. Stick to 2 scoops total from one or the other or combined.
On your off days make sure you are taking 2 scoops of VasoBlitz

Did some damage today. Threw in some shoulders as my injured shoulder was feeling better, not 100% but did what I could. Had a few donuts before as it is my day of birth, so why not treat your self. They made a huge difference. My pump was insane and I felt great the whole time through. Love the Vaso and Full combo, paired that with donuts and man you are good.*

If you train fasted I would rock 2 FULL depending on stim intake, especially legs!
I personally love the 1+1 dosing. its a mild amount of stims, but the energy lasts for a long time and gives a great focus effect

The 1/1 is less of a stim buzz which is what I want. 2 scoops full I do have better focus, bit it's too much caffeine all at once for me
Perfect combo. You are a slow metabolizer of caffeine.

There are two types of responses to stimulant.

A person that metabolizes caffeine quickly which means they can tolerate more stimulant without jitters/anxiety.

A person that metaobolizes caffeine slowly which means they can't tolerate more stimulants. This is the user that needs 100-150mgs of caffeine and anything over that results in jitters/anxiety.

Overall both days had good workouts. Dosed 1 and 1 prior to the workout, with about 60carbs pre for both. I really like this combo. I could do 2 scoops of FullBlitz, but if I can get away with a 1 and 1 combo it's all good with me

Recovery is on par with what it has been. Maybe a little fresher. Pump is great. Pump is the cure.

I actually have been having great endurance. I have been using less rest times and it hasn't been bad at all

I love the 1/1 combo. Around 160mg caffeine hits the spot for me.. Smooth and Steady and the pumps are nuts.

Holy mother of all pumps. Used 1 scoop full and 1 Vaso and my oh my were my legs pumped. I love doing moderate weight and higher reps for legs because of a few injuries. This workout was on an empty stomach and felt so great. Love legs and FullBlitz/VasoBlitz

I forgot how nice it is to have some food in me before back day. Had a blueberry muffin pre workout and man, that was it. Back was full of blood after a few sets. Did 1 scoop each and that is my jam. Good focus, good energy and good workout. Body felt recovered early so did this at a faster pace.

Final review was supposed to be up, but haven't gotten around to it. Hopefully tomorrow or later today

Fasted workout. Had good pumps and good focus through the workout. Noticed some increased recovery, as I was able to fly through this workout in a pretty decent time. Can't wait to workout more

Fried and pumped, only way to explain this workout. Had the Chris Aceto preferred meal prior. Muffins. My delts and chest looked like they were muffins when they were done. Plump and delicious. Overall great workout. No loss in focus and was zoned in the whole time. This stuff is so great, going to suck when I run out.

For me I hate training arms, but today was different. I actually enjoyed it. My pump was pretty great and I had laser like focus, even with 1 scoop of Each. I was truly impressed with how much faster I am recovering with this combo. I may have found something that works great for me. Overall great day and great workout

Good to see you mixing both fasted and fed.
Seems to me that fed treats you much better in the pump department when we get ample carbs, sodium and water in the system.

Rock it out man.
