I’d like to thank BUILDFASTFORM for choosing me as one of several loggers for their product vasoblitz.



A little about myself

I train based on an instinctive basis. I train on how I feel, most of the time it’s a push pull legs, but I do change it up



I am at the end of my little summer cut, so I will be adding in more carbs into my diet soon.



I train at different times, somedays, it’s at 330am, other times it’s at noon, depends on my work schedule and when I have some time.



I will train fasted at 330am and fed at Noon. Will log on both days so it will show how it works fed vs Non fed.

Wow! My back and Biceps were pumped within the first few sets. I dosed the Vasoblitz 30 minutes pre, on an empty stomach and wow, the pumps were great. I did this without any caffeine sources, so I was a little run down, but the pump was good and I felt fine during the workout.

Off to a good start. Thank you for logging. We really think this type of feedback is the best. It is slower but more sustainable way to build a the brand up. We can spend more on the formula and hopefully not much on a marketing dude:)

Calcium Lactate is similar to Arginine Nitrate in that the Nitrate is the star of the two. At BFF, we really care about the lactate. Lactate is a great fuel source for muscles.

Wow!!! Full blown leg pump. I have had good leg pumps, and this was the best. I felt at one point that my quads may explode. The blood flow was almost unbearable, but I got through the workout. Love this stuff

Boom. Arms were pumped up Having great results on my stim break. Feels good to have good solid pumps. Body feels good, which means pumps should be good. I have to say, I am not going to be doing much shoulder/bench work, as I did something in my shoulder, taht only hurts when i press up. Going to the doctors as soon as my new Health insurance clears up.

But besides that I have been feeling good. Love the way my arms blew up after a few sets. This stuff works.

The lifting schedule should be like this Arms/Back/Legs until my shoulder feels alright

Sounds about right this deep into using daily. The pump should come fast and stick around.

Pump city on this day, my arms were so pumped during the sets I had to take a longer rest periods. I usually take shorter rest periods, but with this I feel like it is best to. The pumps are always good. I trained fasted so I wasn't expecting mega dosed pumps, but was able to get them. Always looking forward to a good pump workout

Pump, Pump city yall. I had carbs before my workout and man, did they help out a lot. My poump lasted the whole workout, It was intense at times, I felt my legs so full that they might explode(Not literally, but you know what I mean)

Leg days are my favorite with Vasoblitz, because I put in the work and I can see and feel the results. Another day, another great workout

Today, I setup VASOBLITZ workout with a meal (2 hours pre workout) with a GDA composed of quality carbohydrate and protein. GDA FED state is a great way to lead into a VASOBLTIZ workout. Muscle cells full of glycogen plus the dual pathway vasodilation of VASOBLITZ leads to an outstanding performance.

Every morning I pop 2 slinmax before my pwo meal. Later slug down vasoblitz n the pumps is cray.

Ate a meal about and hour and a half and wow. Pumps on pumps on pumps. Great leg day courtesy of Vasoblitz. But for real it was a great day. I had such a good workout with the Vasoblitz I didn't want it to end. The higher the vokume, the more and more I like it.

The best Con ever!lol Next round the scoop is longer. but Hey, the powder is filled to the top so the smaller scoop made sense:)

Price just got better and only for the weekend!
