Yes sir, my entire body hurts to be honest. It nails your core too, and I did it after chest so my pecs are destroyed along with the front delts. Middle delts are somewhat sore too, to my surprise.

Well basically from my understanding what happens is that you put your delts into a BFR situation when you do the overhead carries. The constant tension while being above your heart limits the bloodflow in the shoulders. I forgot the exact mechanism of this however I did read that is one of the reasons that overhead carries are very good for adding size to your delts. You really want to experience a crazy pump try them with a hex bar and use outward intentions, it shifts the focus a little more to the medial and rear delt and the 3d effect it has on your shoulders after is ridiculous!

Yes, I had to look the word up to make sure the definition of occlusion wasn't specific to using bands to limit blood flow. What I meant though was the exact mechanism that causes the occlusion in that position. I believe it has to do with the constant tension as well as it being above the heart that causes the occlusion. Something along the lines of a contracted muscle occludes the blood flow via contanst constriction of the vessels due to the contraction. It is the same idea at the CEP sets in MI40 X2 where you put the muscle into a contracted stretch and it occludes the blood flow out of the muscle.
So it's like a farmers walk but with a barbell overhead??

Yes, and you keep your chest held high and back braced but not arched. You also want to keep your shoulders shrugged up the whole time as well so that traps are fully engaged. So not just to lockout but like if you were trying to press it as high overhead as possible then hold it there at the highest point.

Well it definitely went well. Felt weird though, I was sweating but kept getting the chills and goosebumps. Probably the Ignit3.
I also took 66mcg IGF-1 LR3 today instead of my normal 33mcg, and the pump was INTENSE. Even with only 20g carbs pre workout. Wow. I'll probably run the IGF at 66mcg from now until I run out.

I took 20g after taking the LR3, and then another 50g intra workout

Another 30g immediately, and then usually 30-50g from whole milk with my protein, or whatever I decide to eat.

Ok yah I've noticed if I eat roughly the same Somedays I'll feel like going a lil hypo unless I stuff my face with some carbs post. Usually I'll do a decent amount post then kinda like a trickle charge of carbs throughout the night. I end up having carbs before bed to keep my levels from dropping. Carbs on LR3 is your friend and I wouldn't worry too much at all about adding more. Like adding water to a sponge if your on low carbs dosing lr3 your not getting the true potential of it that's why I'd never use it when dieting. As I always say everyone is different and need to find that sweet spot and never take things for granted be careful. Ok mom rant complete.

Yeah kinda like WAF I'm taking in carbs pretty consistently the rest of the day after I work out.
 
So I've been out of town for the past two days, my grandpa passed away and I went the visitation and wake and was a pallbearer. I obviously didn't work out yesterday as I was with the family. It was pretty cool; LOTS of free delicious home cooked meals brought over for our enjoyment.
My little brothers both gave me so much **** for how dark my skin is, kept saying I got spray tan and **** haha. My dad said something about it too, as did my grandma.
I made it back in town today just in time to get about 45 minutes of lifting in before my shift at work started so I busted out some arms just to get the blood pumping, didn't wanna miss 2 days in a row.

Man, the IGF-1 LR3 makes the local area so sore wherever I inject it. Either it makes a lump under the skin on my stomach, or if I inject it intramuscularly like I did into my quad today (I was in the car with my seat belt on so this was easier than lifting my shirt and pinching my fat), it makes the muscle so damn painful.

are you diluting with bac water? I haven't noticed any pain if any maybe a lil itchy for a few min but thats it. I've always done subq i leave site injections for gear.

Yep bac water. Usually doesn't leave a lump immediately after, but later on the area will feel bruised when I touch it, and I can usually feel a lump.
I usually do subq as well, just changed it up this one time because I was in the car.

Always injecting exact same spot or do you vary it. Is there pain when the needle goes in? PM sent try it out let me know.

Always a different spot. And sometimes yes sometimes no pain

I took some pics immediately post workout but they are on my phone and I'm working now so I'll have to sneak them up later on whenever I get a chance.

I think I'm going to actually be able to stay off cycle for the proper length of time this time around, as long as I distract myself by using natty stuff. I'm starting Diesel Test Hardcore today, so it's kicking hard by the time I finish my Sup3r PCT. I'm hoping to log BLR's FD2.0 as well, and if not, I may pick up some Epic Unleashed caps and transdermal and give them a try.
However I do also have 2 bottles of Sup3r-11 on the way, and a bottle of Sup3r-1. I'm eventually going to get a second bottle of the Sup3r-1 so I can run it a full 8 weeks at 330mg. I have 2 bottles of FN Andro Elite on the way too as my rep order, which would give me 8 weeks at 200mg or 6 weeks at 250mg daily.
I also put an order in yesterday for EvoMuse BMP and Absolutely Abliderated, very excited to try those out.

My lower back has been killing me for like the last 3 weeks, and finally yesterday it felt better, so of course I had to go and try heavy deads today and make it feel like crap again
 
You sure you are not using Acetic Acid which is normally used for lr3? If so the pain is pretty usual. I hate Acetic acid for that reason and preload my syringes with lr3 and back water then freeze until ready to use. It won't hold it stable in BAC water very long but you can freeze it and pull it out just for the shot.

I'm sure, I mixed with the same bac water that I've used for all my other peptides and this is the only peptide that's given me so much difficulty. Today was my last day of dosing though so oh well.

My quad got inflamed where I pinned it too.

I'm having trouble deciding what I want to run next. Diabolix is looking really attractive to me honestly, but I'm also getting some protodrol, not to mention all the other things I have. Too many options for me to decide on what I want to do.

Hmm that does t seem right bud. You sure about the quality of the lr-3? It wouldn't happen to be from the same company as the Mel 2? Something seems fishy should have that in all spots injected.

It could be poor quality in all honesty. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. I'm not sure if it's the same company that the melanotan came from, though I didn't think it was.
 
SO I got a deep tissue massage earlier today, and had her work on mostly my back, but also some hamstrings and calves.
She rubbed out so many adhesions, that she said were toxins built up in my muscles. She also worked on loosening my scapular muscles and damn did she go to town on my traps. My whole back is already sore. I've had about a gallon of water so far since then and I plan on having more before bed.
I didn't do back/biceps like was scheduled, since the masseuse told me I shouldn't work on my back the same day that I got that massage done. So we did some arms instead. FANTASTIC pump. Can't wait until my Ep1c Unleashed stack gets here, I heard it also gives really good pumps
