Naw, would be awesome, but the commute would kill me :). I am just someone who wants to lose fat (or at least stop gaining any more of it). :D

I feel you on that, man. It's hard to have a career, family, and still try to make it into the gym as often as you should.

We are still pretty close in conditioning I think. From your last pic you are still pretty lean, and I am getting there myself. Might even end up down at 200 by the end of this but then it is going to go back up pretty damn fast with my blast going into the meet.

Damn haha. I'm fighting for 230, hoping I get there before I start my cycle. If not then I hope I'll pass that mark while I'm on.

Yeah but not too bad. I can tell on my low carb days where I don't get any carbs pre workout but other than that not too bad. I am at 206.5 now and starting to get much leaner. Only 2-3 weeks more before we start feeding me more and getting the growth going. I should gain a lot of lean mass on the way into the meet. Have a pretty nice run planned. You can hit me in PM if you want to know about it.

Looks like I'm in the magical place between 220 and 225 that I just can't push past once again... Wtf do I have to do? Eat 6000 cals a day? Because idk if I can do that lol

I spend most my time on the Anabolics side. ;) Haha. You lucky son of a... Even on all the anabolics I'm running, I can't get that kind of nutrient partitioning.

Lol same! And damn, well I woke up and literally did not gain a single pound even from all that late night eating. Doomed to be <225 forever.

Nah, maintaining it while off and pretty lean you should blow past 230 on this one. Probably even more if you eat the way you have been.

I will have to be careful with the junk food though, I don't want my BP to skyrocket. Hopefully I can stuff my face with enough clean food to make some progress!

BP is a pain to control on an all clean diet if your anabolic usage is high enough, so I'd definitely be careful with the junk food whenever you're on cycle. I keep Telmisartan on hand in case I can't manage it with diet alone. So far, high Potassium alone has done the trick even on 100mg Trest.

Yeah, very true. I'll probably be double dosing my supports while on Sup3r-2 and dbol or superdrol, whichever I decide on, and then go to regular doses when I'm on solely injectables for the meat of my cycle.

Ubiquinol, that is what you want for your BP, that and some hawthorne berry and you should be all set.

Yes sir, I'm actually taking hawthorn berry already in preparation for the beginning of my cycle. Should be well past the loading phase by the time I begin.

Cayenne Pepper extract is also good for keeping BP down, and will also help you burn fat due to the thermogenic properties. Plus if you have stomach issues it will help to increase the amount of mucus you have lining your stomach. That helps with acidity issues and ulcers.

I'll have to keep that in mind! Would that help with stuff like acid reflux then? Because all I have to do is think about a slice of pizza and I can feel my esophagus start to burn.

You may find you need to increase your fat content to bring your calories up as it gets worse and that will help keep the size of the meals down. That and carb powders for your carbs. Basically when the acid comes up through the sphincter into the esophagus where there is no mucus coating that is when you feel the burn. So it can't really help that too much.

So, I put up a cycle log for my upcoming cycle. I'll probably be logging workouts in there while I'm on, so this log will probably be pretty dead for that duration. Still 2 weeks away, but just a heads up for anyone who keeps tabs on this one.

Also, I haven't been posting my workouts because I haven't been keeping track of them. Kind of experimenting with different splits and routines to see what I enjoy most and how I want to organize my training for this cycle. Sorry about that! I am still around 222-224lbs consistently on a daily basis, eating 3500-4000 calories (except for today, sampled a preworkout that destroyed my appetite, ****). Mostly chasing the pump during my workouts, haven't been going any less than 8 reps for the most part. I honestly prefer this type of training, any reps lower than that and my ego starts to take over and I start focusing too much on the numbers I lift and not what I see in the mirror.
