Back and biceps in the bag today. Weight is at 221, I think I was at 223 yesterday due to indigestion so I'm not too devastated by the loss. It's insignificant anyway.

A couple notes today:
- My legs HURT. I am so sore and stiff and no amount of stretching and foam rolling has helped so far.
- Got a bunch of new products in today. MAN Iso-Amino (came with 4 samples of new Game Day, 2 samples of their fat burner Vaporize, a sample of Pump Powder, and a sample of PepTest Bulk), Allmax Hexapro, Hi-Tech DMAA-enhanced Off The Chain. I also got a sample of NO Explode XE, which seems to be transparently dosed but also underdosed. Oh, also got my monthly Dollar Shave Club pack.
- Getting really tired of my girlfriend making me change up my workouts because she doesn't want to do something or wants to do something different than what I have planned. She gets crabby during our workouts too which really puts a damper on my mood at the gym sometimes. Actually kind of relieved she's going home for the weekend and I won't be working out with her again until Monday.
- Weight is back up to 223!

Lol. So. This is a conversation on my girlfriend's phone. This is not the first time I've caught her getting involved with another guy, but I forgave her in the past and told her if she does it again we're done. So this situation should mean the end of us. I haven't told her I've seen any of this though. It's hard to let go of someone I've spent almost three years with and bent over backwards for.

The fact that she acknowledges she has feelings for him and knows what it feels like to be laying next to him raises huge red flags for me.
I think this needs to end, I just need to muster up the courage to do it.

I understand you. Her feelings for another dude is something like "mental cheating", you expect from her to have only feelings for you.
Personally, I would have bad thoughts towards the dude, he clearly knows she isn't single and he kind of insist meeting her again..

I bet we both are very different in handling this kind of situation.

But I also have bad feelings towards my girlfriend. I give that girl my all, day in and day out, and I just keep getting ****ed over like this.

Ok, I tell you what I would probably do. It's only hypothetical.
First I would ask myself if I could continue with the relationship.
When I think she is worth fighting for, I would give her more attention to strengthens my bond with her and diminish her feelings for the other dude.
Then I would call the dude and ask to meet him to talk about this issue.
IMHO, the guy will try to avoid confrontation and will not agree to meet -and probably he will limit contact to her.
If he meets with you:
a: calmly tell him what you think about it, making clear that you not gonna tolerate it any more, this in case he is a girly-man (nerd).
b: if it's a strong guy, bring her to the meeting and confront both asking her how this will workout in future

-problem is, I could never be sure that I could keep my calm when confronting the dude, but getting jail time -or a hefty medical bill would make me think twice to explode

And one time I found out she renamed her ex's contact in her phone as some girl and had been texting him for a whole week, the whole time acting like she was just chatting with one of her girl friends.

I'm sorry about the **** bam , I personally never have been cheated on or in your situation . However I did spend two years of my life being intimate with a girl who went behind my back and got with other dudes and I can relate to how it feels to be betrayed by someone you gave a good portion of your time too. Hit the weights , focus on your life , focus on being happy and doing what you e allways wanted to do . Heartbreak is what lead me AM and weightlifting and I'm thankful for it ever since .
 
And my advice bam is don't ride it till the wheels fall off, I'm a hopeless romantic and riding that **** to the bitter end isn't allways best. I'd say leave while you have dignity . Cause like you've seen if she's done it once she'll do it again.

Well I was up until 4am last night/this morning, getting drunk and I barely ate anything yesterday so it's no surprise that I weighed in at only 220 today. My appetite is back and I'll gain it back fairly quickly I'm sure.
