Bam Bam Goes Caveman-Mode: A Training Log

So planning out my meals for the weekend because I don't see a point in spending money on food at the Arnold when I have so much at home.
Daily calorie intake: 4135kcals
Protein: 265g
Carbs: 494g
Fats: 125g
Not too shabby! Hope I have enough tupperware for all dat lol, I need 12 tubs so I think I SHOULD be ok.

My layout:
Meal 1: 3 eggs, protein shake, 2 bagels
Meal 2: 6oz chicken, 1.5 cup rice
Meal 3: 8oz tuna, 1.5 cup rice, 1 avocado
Meal 4: 6oz chicken, 1.5 cup rice, 1 avocado
Miscellaneous (possibly post workout): Quest bar, Gatorade, Poptart

Thoughts on finishing the cycle out with winny, higher test (ramp from 125 to 250, to 500 and 600 then finish out with a little bit of prop until the enanthate clears), and RAD-140?
The higher test and RAD would come in after I drop the tren in 2 and a half weeks, and the winny would bridge between the tren and the test/RAD. I've got Focused Nutrition's Elite RAD and I've been really keen to trying it out.
Also, I think I'm going to bump my MK-677 up to 20mg for 6-8 weeks just to see what happens.
 
Yeah its typically my older clients that can afford it. Its not cheap. Slin is. GH nope lol. Honestly not everyone needs it though. You can make INSANE progress on pure AAS and peptides

Thanks man! I'm completely honest with this kinda stuff. Theres honestly no reason to throw everything at someone who is growing fine. I've had clients gain 20-40 lbs of nearly ALL LBM from just introducing TRT type test dosages. If something like that happens, why push the envelope if you don't have it? More is NOT always better when it comes to PEDs

Agreed, I grow on baby doses. The biggest cycle I ever took I was 21 and ran 12 weeks 6 at 600mg and 6 @ 800mg I went from 205 with 36 inch pants to 238 in 34 inch waist pants in that 12 weeks. No other gear, I just blew the FUG Up! I got in a nasty accident that took me out of the gym on the way back to work from a workout at lunch. Was out of the gym for a year with all the complications to my back and had never even heard of PCT so I obviously lost all that glorious mass. However any time I bump my doses by much of anything I start gaining size even in what should be a deficit. Not sure if it is just really high AR sensitivity or what. Either way, I know 800mg is not a baby dose but gaining 30 lbs in 12 weeks off of test alone and less than a gram a week is pretty crazy!
 
Leaving for the Arnold tonight. Did legs with my 270lbs lean lifting partner, on about 4 hours of sleep. I'll be sleeping in the back seat almost immediately.

When I was your age my exhaustion came from lack of sleep but it certainly wasn't attributable to working out & attending sweet ar$e events like The Arnold, nosirree. I shudder now thinking about what I put my body through. Alcohol - legal drug that destroys the brain & body. Steroids - illegal drug that builds muscle & assists people seeking to gain greater health benefits. Hmm. Go figure.

Very true! I actually get loopy and weirdly energetic when I'm sleep deprived.
Agreed on the different drugs. I've been staying away from alcohol almost entirely lately. A drink here and there but honestly don't even enjoy it anymore. Bigger muscles are much better than a big headache.

I was at the YMCA in my hometown where I worked out for most of high school. I was just messing around doing whatever and getting a ridiculous pump.

Plus it seems like the pump carried over to today, veins are still popping and arms looking full as hell.
 
Brutal 50 minute workout. Focused on time under tension, contractions, and stretches. Short breaks, 1-2 minutes between deadlifts and 30-60 seconds between everything else. The walk home to my apartment is not a pleasant nor an easy one.

I didn't like deca very much, I may come back to it sometime in the future if I can get my hands on pharm grade AI and prolactin blockers. I was thinking about NPP though, I've heard that people who don't like deca like NPP, and vice versa.
I could add an oral in along with the tren ace. I'm pretty set on using tren somewhere in this cycle. Love the stuff haha

Man .5cc tren injections were a breeze, but .75 gives me some god awful PIP.
The tren in the mail is 200mg/mL so I won't have to inject much oil at all for a good dose.

Yep ace. This source is apparently known for high dosing their stuff. They have test e and c at up to 500mg/mL....
I still probably won't go over 75-100mg tren ace a day haha. No need to go higher

Lol hell yeah there is no need to go higher. That's a lot of ****ing tren ED. I might try pinning every day next time

I LOVE IT!! I just bumped up to 75mg ED this week so that would be 550/week now. It seems like almost immediately when I increased the dosage from 50 to 75 daily that I started sweating a LOT more. I just finished some fasted cardio with 2 scoops PES Alphamine and I look like I just got out of the shower. Had to wipe the stairmaster down pretty much all over it lol. I was drenched after last night's workout too.
I am strong as hell, new veins showing every day, I look bigger, and I don't think I've even gained any weight.
The only things that's really truly bothering me is that I'm breaking out. My back got a bunch of acne all in the past week, and my shoulders and chest have a little bit too. My face always has a little and it comes and goes as far as severity.

Yeah it doesn't seem like much when you look at it as only going from 50 to 75 but then you realize you're going from 350 to 550 weekly... Oh well.
I'm gonna start tanning today so I don't get all crispy within 30 minutes of being in the Florida sun when I go on spring break in about 3 weeks, and that should help the acne a little bit too.

Get some clearasil or some liquid product like it or sea breaze that has salicylic acid in it. Put it in a spray bottle and lean over and spray it all over your back, then all over your chest after you dry off from the shower then again before you get into bed. It will help a lot.

Thanks for the advice! I've been putting benzoyl peroxide on the spots I can reach and sometimes have my girlfriend get the rest.

Good stuff man. Trest made me break out, so I'm guessing tren will too. I use research accutane 20mg/day when that happens, or if I'm about to start a cycle where it's expected, I'll use 10mg daily in advance and keep it going. Very low sides at those dosages of accutane.

Interesting, if I continue to struggle to get this under control I may look into accutane. I've never used it but always had acne haha

Tren gave me horrible acne on my back and arms. I'm still trying to get it to go away. I've got tons of red marks and some blue/black ones from Minocycline, which I used to try and get rid of the acne.

I'm trying the acne.org regimen with the wash, benzoyl peroxide, and AHA+ to try and clear it up completely. Doctor prescribed me accutane but it is expensive and sketchy lol. Some people get ED for the rest of their lives for it and they don't know why or how to fix it.

Hmmm were you thinking about the Chipotle when you started sweating and your heart rate went up? I love going there when I haven't prepped a meal. I get triple chicken, black beans a little cilantro rice, a big scoop of pico, and 2 scoops of the hot hot sauce! YUM!!!! If a higher carb day i have them cook me a big tortilla to go with my burrito bowl too!

Screw that! The Clearasil in a spray bottle definitely helps. Also I have used the clearasil face wash as a body wash when it was trying to get bad. Two sqirts in my loofa and whole body is medicated. Keeps any moisturizers from clogging the pores too. No need to find stuff specifically for the body just use the cheap stuff that is out there, the medication is the same in all of them.

I actually have that acne.org stuff too. Almost out but the benzoyl peroxide seems to keep it somewhat under control.

Haha no, it was actually a snap decision as I was walking home. I like to get double or triple white rice, chicken (sometimes double), fajita veggies, and cheese. I usually get two burritos, but today I did a burrito and a burrito bowl.
 
Lost 5 pounds since last week. Cool.
