Can you recap everything you're taking currently? Test, tren, epiandro, lean fx?

Yes sir.
Currently: test, tren, superdrol, epiandro as far as anabolics. I have a week and a half left of the superdrol, and 2 and a half weeks of epiandro.
Lean EFX is a fat burner I'm logging, honestly best one I've had in terms of clean sustainable energy and appetite suppression, without making me feel "cracked out" and other bad side effects I've had with other fat burners. Plus it's got DMAA; great stuff.
I'm also taking MK-677 through the whole cycle and PCT.
Supports: arimidex, caber, Arimacare Pro, TUDCA, NAC, and I'm sure I'm using some other stuff but I'm not home and can't remember everything.
I have two more bottles of cycle supports in my stash, exemestane, letrozole, pramipexole, and I'm going to use Cardar1ne once I drop the superdrol.

Lol nuts. Don't take this the wrong way but why did you plan all of these together like this? Was there a method to your madness or sort of just **** it lets run it all and see what happens. ?

I mean I felt like I had a structured plan and reasons for everything I'm taking, but the general consensus seems to be that I'm taking too much. Maybe I'll drop the epiandro or something and save the rest of it for another time.
That would make it just test, tren, and sdrol, with the sdrol about halfway done.

You dropped the peptide you were taking right? Did it make you feel better like did that sickness go away or whatever?

I did drop the ipamorelin, but the sickness didn't really noticeably go away after that. I think I just had a really nasty stubborn virus that took forever to get rid of. My boss said he had the same thing shortly before I did.

I am definitely feeling considerably better, no more sore throat or disgusting honking coughs. Just a little bit of congestion left over but I blame that on the Midwest weather habit of switching from warm to freezing cold every other day.

That is more challenging for me personally than a hack squat machine.

I imagine it would be. I like to use the hack squat machine for a good quad contraction and it seems to be easier on the knees than regular barbell squats.
 
Mad volume on that legpress too mate - 585 for 20 reps?! After all the other exercises? That's crazy, outstanding stamina & recovery, is that thanks to the 300lbs of rice you're consuming a day? :food:

LOL. Thanks man. This workout was definitely fueled by the 2000+ cals from last night's Chipotle debauchery. I'm definitely pleased with my ability to maintain and even increase volume and weight in my workouts despite tren's reputation for inhibiting endurance. However I can definitely tell that I get more out of breath when walking fast, climbing steps, hanging out with my girlfriend in bed, eating food... HA.
I'm going to be testing out Cardar1ne's ability to negate tren's side effects after I drop the superdrol. I would've started it already but kboxer7 (I think) made me aware of GW's possible effect of causing fibrosis of the liver when taking it simultaneously with compounds that place considerable stress on the liver. So I'm going to wait 3-7 days after dropping sdrol to add the GW in, just to be safe and make sure I'm not destroying myself.
Also toying with the idea of experimenting with low carbs on tren... Never done low carbs before.....

Good plan, you' certainly are taking quite the cocktail atm, i'll be most keen to see what your run down the other side of the hill will look like. Did adding sdrol provide any noticeable improvements to the cycle?

Low carb...why? You want to try that approach while using card? You may want to check BF & do a little macro fiddling for that, if you're already lean you may need to increase fat intake to really get max benefit from that switch & keep your energy up...provided all applicable values are acceptable. Be an interesting test regardless.
I wonder if adding some winny at that point would be of benefit too?

I'm sure yates84 will have some sound theories & good advice on the above :cool:

Good points for sure. The sdrol I feel has added to my strength and I'm starting to see the size that I was really hoping for with this cycle, especially combined with the tren.

I'd be willing to increase fat intake, I've been truly loving eating avocados and peanut butter every day lately :) an excuse to have even more of them would be fine with me!
Funny story, I actually just ordered some winny today, either for the tail end of this cycle or to save for another time. Along with more tren and test prop ;)

You can certainly find some extra fats without resorting to junk food. I like making up a big pot of mashed sweet & potato, dosed with a healthy whack of organic butter & sometimes a hit of olive oil or coconut oil for a little silkiness. Given your food intake is already significant, perhaps a small increase to meat protein may yield some additional beneficial fat come that time - provided you're having no trouble processing it. I find adding a Betaine HCL cap with increased (red) meat intake assists my digestion greatly.
I know there are members on here who espouse the benefits of nut butters, that may be another useful option for you.

Be patient. That's the one pain in the butt with eating clean & having a mad raging metabolism. I've gained size this last few months, but dropped weight overall. My change to a more intense training style really hardened me up & cooked off some lazy fat. Now i'll switch back to heavy free weights for a while & gain some again.
Eating clean provides you with consistent body processes - as you'll know from your schooling. Nothing is really saved/stored for later use or processing at a more convenient time, like say in a high sugar & trans fat diet, or canola oil, it's all used or passed relatively quickly. It's less demanding on the gastro tract, ensures cleaner running organs (liver, pancreas etc), better for immunity & less taxing on the parasympathetic nervous & endocrine systems. Anyone say anti-aging? ;)

Yes! So 10 reps with 35lb Dumbbells, 5 reps with 50's, etc

Curious. So the 50 x 5 is what?...slow, full ROM as more of a stretch & warm up before you get into the heavier, higher volume stuff?

Yeah, exactly. I do this with all of my compound movements too, at the beginning of my workouts. I slowly work my way up to the weight for my working sets, using only a small amount of reps at each level so I can get accustomed to the increasing weight but without exhausting myself.
I love it. It is especially very useful when lifting heavy, like 3-5 reps with as much weight as you can use.
 
Attended a staff/birthday dinner tonight after work, started off with about 15 wings, then had a huge pulled pork sandwich, a big ass bowl of sweet potato fries, and then a slice of cake. 2 and a half hours later and I'm still stuffed and sweating like the pig I am. When I'm not flexing, my gut is distended as hell.

Looking good mate. Be interesting to see when the at rest vascularity starts to come in. With the regime you're on I expect once your body starts to really build up those hoses you'll see another increase in growth & the extra lbs you're looking for will board the BamBam train.

I actually have some decent vascularity in my arms, and my legs now too, but for whatever reason pictures do not pick them up at all.
 
Thinking about sticking to an actual diet instead of just tracking everything I shove into my gluttonous mouth..
I've had 5 eggs, oatmeal, protein powder, about 3 cups or 24oz whole milk, and I'm eating 6oz chicken and 1.5c white rice with 1 avocado now. I have 6oz chicken and 1c rice set aside for later.
If this is all I eat today, I will be at 222g protein, 121g fat, and 231g carbs for a total of just under 3000 calories. I feel like I should be having more carbs though? I don't know. Opinions?
 
Are you on the card yet? If so, you will probably find yourself at least wanting more carbs around your dose. It makes some people (myself included) hypoglycemic shortly after dosing.

Also, you're looking real lean man. You may benefit from upping your carbs, esp since you're on the sauce. Carbs and anabolics feelsgoodman.

Nope, no cardarine yet. Waiting until I finish superdrol and maybe even some time after that to let it get out of my system before introducing GW. Maybe I'll keep my carbs high then. I've been doing like 400g as a minimum lol.
I'm talking to one of my bosses who is on a bunch of **** and competing in a little less than 5 weeks, figuring out what his take is on the subject too.

And thanks brother! Idk how much higher I can comfortably bump the carbs lol, I'm almost constantly full as is. I suppose I could try to add a little more in per meal. I don't think I could manage adding in a whole extra meal.

Well, it's looking like no sleep for me tonight. Or is it this morning now? I guess at nearly 5am it would be. 5 hours to go until my exam.
I am very much speeding on various stims right now.
I think my plan will be to study up until the exam, hit some cardio while I'm on campus and near the gym, then go home and eat and get some sleep or at least some rest just laying in bed if I can't sleep. Then, fraternity dinner and meeting in the evening. I'll probably bring my workout clothes, supplements, and lifting gear with me so I can go straight to the gym afterwards. Upper body power day. Zero sleep ain't gonna stop me! Bahahahaha
