I think I'll do okay! I took my first one with a scoop of Mesomorph preworkout earlier, and actually I think I did the same thing yesterday for my second workout. No problems yet!

Any changes in bodyweight at all?

Not sure yet, I planned on measuring once weekly but I may take a peek tomorrow. I need to get my own scale so I don't rely on the one at the gym, and can measure first thing in the morning before any other factors come into play.

From what I read that sounds like the perfect dosage with the energy you got from it!

Exactly! Gives me just enough to have solid energy all day long until I go to bed, without feeling stimmed out!

Looks like things are going well. I think others have used 2 per day in a similar way. Maybe not as late in the day as you, but they seem to agree with you on the steady energy

It was a little hard to fall sleep last night. That said, I probably won't ever take my second dose as late as 6pm again, so hopefully I won't run into that issue again.

Awesome man, Epitome does help my appetite nicely as of now. Might either get another Epitome, Vanilean, or get this next depending on how this plays out for everyone!

Weight was at 216 post workout, so no gain or loss to speak of but I feel leaner and more filled out when I look in the mirror. Hoping I replaced some fat weight with glycogen and eventually muscle.

Definitely! Also gotta keep in mind I'm only a week and a half in, plenty of time left to really shred up.
 
So I definitely notice a slight increase in heart rate after I take a Lean EFX cap and it starts digesting, my resting HR sits around 60-70, then when after taking the EFX it pops up to 75-80 for an hour or two.

Thanks, yeah they really had my lats pumped full of blood and biceps were pumped as hell too. Idk what happened to the weight belt with a chain that you could attach weights to for pull-ups and dips, it's not at the gym anymore. I really hate holding on to Dumbbells between my feet. It hurts.
Maybe I should get one of those belts for my own. Or I'll just go to a different gym lol

Great job on the hack squat man. I can do the lower/mid 300's just fine on a true BB squat, but for whatever reason I can't touch it on a hack squat. They wear me out sooo much more. #Jelly

I'm more excited about the squat! Until yesterday, I'd never gone over 315.
The hack squat is the machine version btw, not with a barbell.

Thanks! I usually don't bother going heavy but I'm trying PHAT out, so I do strength range of reps 2 days a week. 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps. Not gonna lie, it's really been an ego booster. I think there's a little powerlifter somewhere in me haha.

Thank you! I'm loving it. Steady, clean energy throughout the whole day especially when I take 2. Which I've done almost every day since the first time I did it.
It's also helping me stick to clean foods. I'm not opposed to junk food or anything that's less than healthy, but this is helping me keep from going overboard.
