AZ Heating Up With Andro Rx

Will weigh in today pre w/o...thanks AE.

Day 19:

Feeling quite lethargic today and actually drank a cup of coffee for the first time in ages. It got me through the morning. I wake up feeling great and then after my second meal of the day, which just happens to have the most carbs in it of the day, I get sleepy. This has been going on for a couple of days now but today I needed some stim to combat it. I will see how things progress from here. Took my Core Zap pre w/o and hit the weights:

I did my rotator warm up routine and went from there. Today I began with shoulders instead of chest. I alternate which one goes first each week usually.

Shoulders: BB 135-20,160-10,185-5 and DC set 190-12-5-4. Lateral raises DBs 15-20,25-10 and a drop set of 35-10 to 25-10 to 15-20...burning nicely! Rear raises DBs 15-20,20-10 and a drop set of 25-10 to 20-10 to 15-20...good pump in the rear delts. Went to my chest next.

Incline Chest: BB 135-15,160-10,185-5 and DC set of 195-14-5-3. I tend towards the higher rep ranges for my heavy sets. It is risky for me at my age to go too heavy and lower reps. My tendons aren't as forgiving as the youthfull. I followed with the DC stretch for 90 seconds with 45s....oiy!

Traps: BB shrugs 135-15,185-10,225-5 and a DC set of 275-8-7-6 and went right to a burn down set of DBs 95-15. I wanted 20 but it just was not happening.

Once the weights start moving and sweat is pouring the aggression comes on. My focus and intensity with the weights has picked up nicely. Lifting is even more fun now than it usually is. I weighed in today at 210.5. That's a big jump so I will see if it stays. I ate like a man on a mission yesterday. Today has been more of the same. I would like to see 215 if possible....

Thanks Big! Felt good today.

AZ, you put up some sick numbers, and yet, regardless of situation, you plow through it like its nothing, everytime! :notworthy:

Day 20:

Fasted bike ride for an hour. Felt great this morning and the chest/shoulders were reminding me of what they went through yesterday. I also noticed some minor acne on my chest. That is wild... One other side I have neglected to mention is an increase in libido. My impression here is that my natural test was fairly low before this 1-Andro and my libido wasn't that great either. A person with higher natural test would probably have a drop in libido because the 1-Andro addition would stop his natural production but not provide enough to go above where his natural level was. This has taken me above my lower natural levels and it is a plus for sure. The lethargy is still present and I am fine with it. All good in the AZ!

Just trying to burn some flab bubba!

Can't get complacent at my age!

Day 21:

Woke up feeling great this morning. The lethargy is still there but manageable. My skin has deffinitely become more oily. I really think it takes a good 2-3 weeks before 1-Andro brings the goods. Let's get to my w/o...

Today is my strength AB routine. Lower reps with resistance involved.

Triceps: EZ bar Skulls 60-15,80-10,105-5 and a DC set 120-10-3 stopped here because my left elbow was talking to me. Not happy with that so I went to regular dips. The shoulders were not complaining today. BW-10,BW-10,BW+25-10 and a DC set BW+45 15-6-4. That finished off my triceps but good. DC stretch after.

Back Width: Wide grip pull down to front 110-15,130-10,140-5 and DC set 150-11-6-5 and held the last rep for 16 seconds. Lats felt full. DC stretch after.

Back Thick: BB Rows 135-12,160-8,185-5 and then did 225-12...strip weight to do 185-12. These were with great control and absolutely no bounce involved.
Finished off with 3 sets of 12 hypers with a 45lb plate.

I felt spent but good afterwards. The mind/muscle connection is going strong right now. I don't know what "ON" feels like but, I just feel solid as hell right now....everything just feels full. I will probably hit the bike up tomorrow morn.
Forgot to mention that I weighed in at 209 today.

dips BW+45x12 ! that's awesome brotha, especially with elbow issues. my left one is hypextended, so i'm uber careful with dips :)

Awesome workout. The more I hear from you, MrBigPR and others talking about DC training the more I think I need to give it a shot soon. Hopefully I can get my bf% down the next 2 months and the really explode with DC Training.

I took to it like a duck to water. Low volume but max intensity.

I only have the elbow issues with skulls. My shoulders have issues on the dips. Sorry to hear about your elbow Sunny.

It really is great stuff. I incorporate some DC sets when I feel like it.

I have morphed the DC routine into one that suits me better. The basic principle is solid.

My only worry about it is the fact you basically NEED a workout partner to be able to use this method successfully. I have a partner around 50-70% of the time and know I would need a spot on those incline days among others.

Yeah, a spotter is very necessary. Hammer Strength machines could fill the bill as well as a Smith.

its an old injury from 1992 - i've pretty much gotten used to it. if that's all i got to complain about, my life has to be pretty good :)

AZ your numbers are extremely impressive. Your obvious dedication is also inspiring!! Keep up the great work buddy, i bet you look awesome!!

Day 22:

The intent was to get out early and ride. Woke up at 5 but my bed would not let me move. I ended up going out around 8:30 for a little over an hours ride. The heat was begining to come up by then so I was sweating bullets. I still can't believe how well I recover from my w/o. Pre 1-AndroRx I would be gimping around the following day from my w/o. Now I just pop up out of bed and I am ready to get the day going. This might be easy for the younger crowd but, I appreciate this aspect greatly. Here's to a lazy weekend ahead guys!!

You don't necessarily "need" a W/O partner 100% of the time. If you use one like you stated and incorporated smith/hammer the other times you should be fine. Just be sure that guy can "spot" the weights correctly. I've had to tweak my w/o's but I'm getting the benefits.

I don't think you need BF% down too much. If you put the intensity there that fat will go away as you put muscle on. DC works at building size.

Lethargy is a b*tch, ain't it?

This morning after my training session uptown, I was just on my couch DEAD... Like tired as sh*t... Had a nice wheat wrap and BOOM, instant energy.

Firstly MASSSIVVE apolagies for being late as i was away, but ive been reading through your log, great numbers, and good gains, im so glad you were picked to log this, take care my friend, and you know im SHUBBED.

Food...the best hormonal compound!

Thanks for subbing in R! I hope my after pics show the benefits from the 1-Andro!

Day 24:

Sorry about not posting yesterday. I was in and out all day and it was an off day so not much to report. Today was a different story though.

Biceps: Olympic bar curls 65-12,85-8,95-5 and my DC set 110-12-5-4. Rest 1 minute and then forearms. I have a forearm flexor strain in my right arm that is slowly getting better so I can't do anything too heavy here. I just did the EZ bar cable reverse grip 35lbs for 20 reps. DC stretch for biceps after.

Calves: Standing BB on calf block 135-20,185-10,225-5 and DC set 275-12-5-4. Stretch after.

Hamstrings: Stiff leg deads 60-10,100-10,140-10,190-10. Stretch after.

Quads: My lower back was wispering in my ear today so heavy weights were not happening. I just did my endurance w/o today. Basically, it's a giant set. I start with squatting 155-20 and go right into lunges with one foot on the bench behind you...20 reps with each leg and end right into 30 walking lunges up on the balls of your feet. Rest 2 minutes and repeat. Your legs are on fire and feel like lead when finished. DC stretch after.

Another solid w/o all the way thru today. Weighed in at 210.5, so the weight is creeping up. I guess I can finally say that the guys of IronMag labs have treated us to another bottle of 1-Andro so we can extend the cycle...booyaah. I want to thank them by making the most out of it!

Oh, I am sure there is hormonal food, just probably not the hormones that you are looking for. Too bad steak isn't ripe with Tren because of Finapellets.

I think you can spike some insulin with food...

That's awesome Ironlabs hooked you up man..so this is going to an 8 weeker?

LLooking good Az, congrats on the extended cycle!! Walking lunges are great, i havent done the one foot on bench lunges in a long time, but i remember their brutality!!

Nice leg workout AZ - more proof that you don't have to squat 400 lbs every leg workout to blast them.

I am real happy to hear about the extended cycles. Cant wait to see a few more weeks and what that will bring for you guys
