AZ Heating Up With Andro Rx

Day 5

I have to agree with KJ...I think the 1-Andro is begining to show some effects. My muscles feel fuller thru-out the day and my skin has become more oily. I usually have to cover my skin with lotion here in the desert and now I have no need to. I had a nice pump in my w/o today...I normally don't get pumped at all these days. My appetite is off the charts right now. I am ready to eat again within an hour of a meal. I need to make sure I have alot of healthy food choices around or I will be in trouble! Todays w/o:

Started off with my rotator warm-ups.

Chest: Incline BB 210-12, only one set to failure this week. DC stretch w/40lb db

Shoulders: BB 185-10, Laterals: Drop set 35x10/25x10/15x20, Rears Drop set 25x10/20x12

Traps: DB shrugs 95x20

In and out quick and I felt energized when finished. As you can tell I do a low volume routine mostly because of my age. When I go to the 3 sets of failure DC routine next week it will be more strenuous. Tomorrow morning I do a 1 hour fasted road ride.

Gotta love that full all day feeling. Thats a nice workout for shoulders az, i wouldnt call that loww volume , they dont need that much stimulation anyway. Good to hear the appetite is on point with this stuff.

I've done some DC training before - love the stretches and still incorporate them from time to time. Nice work AZ.

What type of bike you riding? I just have a simple GIANT OCR2, from 2005. Did a couple of sprint triathlons.....may do another one this fall. Also contemplating a century ride in August.

Thanks Ded...next week will be a little more involved.

It's a Trek 2300...strictly my cardio treadmill basically!

Nice workout. Time to get hyuuuuuuggggggeeeee!!!!

I hope to!

Day 6

Got out around 6:30 and was flying around the streets. Legs felt very fresh and I was not wiped out like usual after my hour ride. My recovery has improved because I feel like I could hit the weights again today...that is usually not the case! Tomorrow is ABs/Triceps/Back day and I think it will be taken up a notch. I am going to have to increase my calories a bunch. THE HUNGER!!! I just want to eat all day. I woke up again last night with my stomach screaming for food. I think I will add a couple of TBSPs of almond butter before bed to see if that wil keep me full longer. I will weigh myself tomorrow before w/o to see where I stand. That's it for now....

I usually down a protein blend shake before bed but that doesn't last. Maybe the almond butter with it will.

But is the protein shake casein or whey?... There will be a big difference in how satisfied your hunger is.

How do you feel with it in the morning. I take 100% Casein by Opt Nut and im fricking hungry as F*ck in the morning

I'm actually not that bad. I use it as part of a meal that consists of...

1 can tuna with some shredded pepperjack cheese, some jalapenos, all on a few triscuits.
Handfull of walnuts
2 scoops Elite 12-hr in 16oz skim milk
Occasionaly (3-4x/wk) 1/2tbsp coconut oil

...I usually sleep 8-9hrs and feel fine in the morning...If I wait an hour or so to eat then I'm starving, but I usually get breakfast in as soon as I can.

Good Q.

I've been taking Dymatize Elite 12-hr and have nothing bad to say about it. I've been using it since November or so. It's great stuff.

That is a good protein... another one that is comparable is ON Nitrocore 24.

2 scoops is 30g of carbs though... kinda hard right before you go to bed if you are trying to stay pretty trim.

Ya, that's quite a few carbs. I usually cut most carbs from my last meal, but if I have any I try to keep them in whole grain form...such as the Triscuits. Mmmmm. :D - I only use about four crackers. Enough to scoop all the tuna up.

It's a blend of Whey concentrate,Isolate,Micellar casein,Egg albumin,Hydrolyzed whey isolate,Ionized whey Isolate...55g protein,7g carbs,3g fat. I think the almond butter will help.

I keep it simple, cottage cheese and blueberries, and a casien shake about 1hr before that. Although that tuna and jalepenos sounds delicious.

Are you taking pro complex?

Looking good AZ - I had the same feeling on the bike last night. Endurance was really up for my 1hr ride.

I'm a cottage cheese guy before bed. Usually about 1/2 cup holds me over til bkfst.

Will give the Cottage cheese a go Nole.

My "before bed" meal is usually a baked chicken breast, 1 tablespoon of EVOO, and 2 tablespoons of natty peanut butter.
That keeps the hunger pangs away until morning.

I did the shake and almond butter last night and slept through the night. I will do it again tonight and see if we have a solution. Hey TL, I have a slightly used enema bag if you are interested....

Doubt it. LG was pretty tolerant of everything in my logs... I imagine that IronMagLabs will be the same. No such thing as bad publicity.

I just throw a couple spoonfulls of hotdog relish in my tuna. Gives it some flavor and takes care of the dryness.

I hope IronMag Labs is alright with the nature of things in here G.

More traffic in the log than some of the ones where only a cycle user posts. As long as there is coverage about gains, sides, review and pics I would welcome the traffic.

I cant forsee any issues, as long as the coverage of the product is there, its all good IMO

Apparently they are harder to scare away than you thought AZ. :D
