Military peeps with a PT test coming up late summer....we want YOU to help test out CardioTryx for it's endurance enhancement and perception of work reduction, probably sometime late June.
 
Only a few months late....., let's try this again. Who has a PT Test coming in the next 2 months (give at least 4-6 weeks training time with CardioTryx.)
 
Intrested. Ive got one coming up first part of January when a training and inspection team come visit
 
Let's get some more people in here guys and gals (especially girls...I'm very interested)...a military PT test is a valuable measurement tool for CardioTryx, and there is free product in it for you.

You will need to post your last results (Run time, pushups, situps), a ROUGH routine (both organized by day (3X run days per week, 45 minute sessions, etc) and any supplementary training you do on your own time), and after your next test your new test results.
 
ok so the plan for running this is as follows: i am already running 5/3/1 for weight lifting program, so that will stay running the same and is a four day spilt. and cardio will be monday, wednesday, friday will be a distance run starting at 2miles and will go up from there. tuesday and thursday will be biking. my past time was 12:35, pushups: 40, and situps: 43

We randomly run our PFTs and they arent for score until next year but we do PT 3x a week and being a Marine we run a good bit so its extremely easy for me to tell whether or not a product is working well for me or not.
 
My unit is running ours in April.

Marine? Hmm...I'd prefer something more physically challenging, but I guess we won't hold it against you.

Sweet. And its perfect timing since we have a pt test coming up monday amd one the first week of January. So I will have a up to date times to go with.
