Got bloodwork back. Would have liked to get a baseline for test and e2 but my doc didn't think it was necessary at my age... oh well

This is after 5 months of red meat, whole eggs, bacon and a lot of protein overall. I was worried about cholesterol with this diet but it seems to be in check.
 
No progress pics til next week but I can say I am leaner already. Just measured 31" waist, so .5" off in a week!

Just started my first day of Finaflex Pro Xanthine 500-xt. Took one cap today instead of 2 and felt amazing. Sweat a little bit but my appetite was killed after my first meal. 2nd meal was a struggle haha. As for the stim it's also smooth, last px made me feel cracked out in classes..

Ya man I can put down my first meal pretty well, little less than usual actually. But then that'll keep me full for hours. I'm used to being able to eat easily but now I have leftovers in the fridge haha
 
Yeah, 1st meal is essential or else it'll churn my stomach like no other since I'm already hungry. Only took 1 pill tho so I can tell it's wearing off cuz I had to get my 3rd meal in directly after classes.
 
What's the recommended dosage on that PX white? I might back off mine to 2 caps per day split up
 
1 to 2 pills a day, I'm only taking 1 because I need to test drive the power of the stims first before I get to 2. Or else I'll feel sick in class and cannot focus. I know most people on PX Black were taking 2-3 a day
 
I think one cap in the morning and one cap about six hours later would be perfect for a nice all day smooth energy and appetite suppression. If two caps at once is too strong try that dose out and see how you like it.
 
The stim is not too strong, actually it's perfect with 2 caps. I think I will just hunker down and make sure I get the food I need to make sure I don't lose too much muscle. Shouldn't be too hard to add some more olive oil, peanut butter and other calorie dense foods in order to up the cals. I've been sticking to whole foods and 1 scoop of protein to get my macros.
 
Knocked out an hour of HIIT aka my intramural playoff hockey game. We won in a shootout and we had no subs so it was a battle at points. Burping up the taste of creatine and PX Black haha didn't yak tho and I felt great after I burped. Just made a calorie dense quesadilla with 15g net carbs and wolfed it down
 
Haha I definitely could not do an hour of actual HIIT. That would kill me. Most of the time on the ice I'm going hard for about 20-30 seconds and coasting for a minute or so depending on if it is for the club team, men's league or intramurals.
 
Yah I played that kind of hockey for years. You're on the ice for a long time but the pace reflects that. Defensive hockey tends to suffer...
 
I'm a defenseman so the end to end rushes really come to a halt in the 2nd period and then it's a battle to get in the offensive zone in the 3rd. Other team had 3 subs so they were hanging guys, doing short shifts so it got brutal at points. Just tried to keep guys away from the front and minimize shots since our goalie is normally a defenseman on my club team haha

I say unofficial since I had a 10 oz ribeye and about a gallon of water today since 11. Ill get a fasted weigh in tomorrow but things are looking good so far

With finals coming up, I won't be going out as much so the diet will tighten up even more. Training is back on track after taking 2 days off to heal my tattoo. Haven't lost strength yet but more going for the look with summer coming up

Haha I just had a burger with bacon, guacamole and sour cream with a plate of sweet potato fries. Pretty damn good cheat meal. Back on the grind now

Had massive back pumps and tried to do SLDL and wow was that painful. Bailed after 1 set of just the bar to see if I could do the movement. Too much for me so I hopped on the bike for about 15 minutes for a LISS cooldown.
 
Good sessions man. Keep an eye on those back pumps though. Could be signs of dehydration setting in. Make sure ur slamming the water.
 
I usually get 1.5-2 gallons of water per day so I'm not sure if it is dehydration. I could have been low that day tho, I'll be sure to track my water from now on.
 
Yah not enough water can cause cramping. Some more sensitive to dryness than others.
 
I think I have to up my water intake to 2 gallons a day. I got a massive cramp near the end of my workout today after doing 4 sets of roman chair knee raises. I bent over to stretch out and have a massive pain around the abdominal area on the right side. It felt like a balloon of pressure from my groin region up to my lower abs. Any ideas? I've felt it before when working my core hard so it may just be that my core is weak. I'm not sure. My week is all out of wack so I did deadlifts today.

per the cramp: personally do not think that is water issue, altho i will not dissuade you from drinking 2g water daily as i think that would be great..moreso that exercise selection you chose, and possible underdevelopment of muscle
or last but certainly just as likely - a blip on the ol' radar bro :D
but yes make sure you are getting plenty hydration within your training as well, lots of guys tend to forget to drink thruout a training session and this is very crucial aspect to include
other than that everything seems to be going well in here, keep cracking my man!

Haha sorry to scare you bud. I think it is under development of my abs. I don't work them out enough and I think they were just trying to tell me that. I think that this stack is exactly what I needed to get the results I want. I can see changes daily so I'm stoked on that.

I love comments like that especially if im knees deep in a cut or vice versus when i come home from the gym or after a carbup when my wife says i look fuggin huge. Really causes my ego to expand LOL.
 
Haha right? Those ego boosts plus the mood effects of PX Black have me sky high. I'm getting compliments more often and it only fuels me more in my pursuit of a good physique
