ATD......banned

I may get ridiculed for my views, laughed at, and scolded, but hey, it is what it is ... laugh at me as you will or view me as insane if you must.
 
Hey.
This has me so worked up it is unreal.
There is way too much talk and not enough pro action going on.
There are things we can do as consumers.

About 1 month ago I filled out a petition to help prevent a vitamin from being banned.
I thought it was the least I could do the try to get the people in office to look at the facts.

I recived an email from my state rep.
I was just 1 person, but they had the courtesy to write me back.
Here is there reply.
"I can post the reply B/C it is a matter of public record."

Yea.
It might not change the world, but if enough people do the same it may make a diffrence.
Or at the least get them to look over the facts, not the hype.

I doubt that most people would even do what you did...most would rather just complain than to take action. It's easier to blame and complain than to make moves. Seems to be an awesome trend now days doesn't it?

Hey if it was okay to prescribe it like cough syrup in the 50's, why not now?

Not our best interest. Never has been, never will be.
 
ATD is not a controlled substance. While the FDA may not allow it in supplements, it technically isn't banned or a controlled substance. Thus we'll continue to see small companies offer the product like they have with some ph/ps where the FDA has told some companies to cease production. Superdrol readily comes to mind. It was 'banned' yet many companies still offer it. Once it becomes a controlled substance, then it will truly be banned.
 
First you come to understanding the laws as they are. You have to understand the definition of what a food item is, what a dietary supplement is, and what a drug is. then at least you can make intelligent conversation about it all.
 
Novodex XT is still for sale, that contains ATD.

Maybe their lawyers are too top notch.

atd can be found......in quite a few items.....

Its not banned yet, so companies that can get raws will still put it out.

Im just curious why they are picking on LG.

one can only assume its because we are a large nation wide brand carries in GNC as well as being huge with the internet e-tailer crowd, additionally, we were company that had a large hand in the original PH era.

The evolution of our brand is amazing though, I remember when Legal Gear first hit the forums yrs back, I wouldnt have assumed they would be making top notch bcaa's, postWO carb blends, vegan friendly proteins, etc.

Agreed.
Gone are the days of Methyl-1 Alpha and Masterdrol... sad in some ways, but LG has refaced the brand in a good light. Kudos!
