I always have used BCAAs in my regiment regardless of my goals, (bulking, cutting, recomp ect.) I'm starting to cut right now and have heard some info on the the silk amino acids (SAAs). Heard anything about em? Would Recommend them for use to maintain muscle during a cut?

AaronJP1 said:I personally have some BCAAs but I can't say for 100% sure if I need em. I know muscle marinade has aminos in it as well, so for me that 1 scoop a day will at least get me something...as long as you're eating for the most part u should be good.

I just re-read that haha... I meant there isn't really a reason to buy aminos haha, especially if you're getting in a lot of food...
Uh yeah I re read that and was like WTF haha
StackedCop said:No, Layne's theory that is backed by science says different, but ok.
So you think u NEED (an amino) supplement to gain or keep muscle?
It helps but I don't think it's needed...
