Anyone ran superdrol without the horrible sides?

My god, do not run the Clen on cycle. I would probably wait 2-4 weeks after your PCT to start the clen.

I could see someone saying that about superdrol NG but not the real superdrol.
 
can you tell me why to avoid the ryr not trying to sound like a smartass,,,never had anyone say its not a good idea,,everyones like yeah its good for helping prevent sides bleh bleh bleh
 
so if i was to get those, would i just check my blood and if theres an issue then i get the support supplements or just make a change in my routine or what?

There's a whole slew of arguments about the possibility of RYR mimicking or even containing a statin (lovastatin). That particular form of RYR was outlawed but there is still concern that some batches contain citrinin. In short, I would avoid it. Plenty of other options out there.

Thanks for clarifying, I knew that SD would increase bp, sadly I know this first hand, lol. The problems that you're talking about, are they more of an immediate type of problem, or something more long term.. Specifically, I'm wondering if the risk of enlarging one's heart goes up with even higher increased bp on cycle, and if that is the main cause for concern here.

Hope that makes sense.

Back in 2006 when i was researching Superdrol I read countless threads and formed the hypothesis that the gyno, particularly the delayed gyno, resulting from SD was progestin induced. That's really what a lot of other people were saying as well, because anti-estrogens were ineffective at combating the gyno. And some people experienced with SD were recommending to have Caber on hand.

If SD can induce gyno, and it does, but it doesn't aromatize, it makes sense that would be progestin-induced.


In other news i'm in week 6 of my stack. Most users report a drop in libido at the end of Epistane and at the end of Superdrol (initial boost then plummet). I however am experiencing uncontrollable erections all the time. And i'm still feeling good.
 
There's a 100+ page thread about that on BB dot com. Big Kat and a few doctors came to the conclusion that the gyno is from estrogen supression. Masterdrol is a very potent AI and Superdrol should act accordingly as well. Supression of estrogen from the Superdrol plus further supression during PCT from an AI = delayed gyno. A huge majority of the delayed cases used a serm & AI (namely ATD). When anythings supressed in the body for too long it'll create a stronger rebound when ceased.

As for pogestin vs. androgen there's no substantiated evidence that superdrol is a progestin. Basically all AAS have progestinal activity, to some degree. However they're only considered progestins when their progestinal activity exceeds their androgen/anabolic activity - this isn't likely with Superdrol.
 
I bet ya I'll try out SD again.. maybe.. At a later date though, that crap made me soooooo lethargic.. I took many a nap.

Instead of jumping into SD or any methylated hormone spend time researching all aspects of their use.

For instance do you know what they are going to do to your body and how to check symptoms and how to avoid unnecessary risk.

Liver - what are the variables. What pre cycle bloodwork to get. What on cycle supplements to use if any. Are you aware of what ALT/AST/GGT/Bilirubin are and what do elevated numbers mean and how they can become elevated.

Lipids - what are the variables. What pre cycle bloodwork to get. What on cycle supplements to use if any. Are you aware of what good cholesterol and bad cholesterol are. What is HDL/LDL. What is an HDL/LDL ratio and it's significance. What factors contribute to either.

Blood pressure - what are the variables. What on cycle supplements to use if any.

I am not speaking about the implications and use with oral steroids. I am saying get informed in general. Then become educated. Research, search and re search.

You may indeed find that you may not be aware of all the health risks.

Some people have reported lipids that have been destroyed. How are your lipids now. Will they be OK after your cycle. What is your family history of heart disease etc.

Some people report liver results that are 5 to 10 times the limits and take months and years to return to normal. What is your family history for liver disease. What is your recreational drug and alcohol history.

There are many issues that most have no idea. Anyway...good luck.

I'm going to join with B here and say that I dont think one shot is quite ready yet, and should probably throw an artificial date of fall 2009 on the cycle, and spend the time between now + then researching and learning more both about the compounds and PCT. 6'1" 228 is a decent starting size if the avi pic is accurate you are fairly lean, so you probably have diet + training down pretty decently already. but making the leap to designer steroids is a big leap
 
yeah it is,,,,hmmm ill spend more time researching,,,still a newb. but yeah diet and my training is down completely my grandfather is a health nut and it kinda rubbed off on me, i eat tons of organic veggies, soymilk,,stuff like that,,but yeah ill go ahead and postpone my cycle for sure.

well i was excited but now i feel newbish. seeing how im a newb then what would you recommend for gaining muscle thats in my league? doesnt have to be a roid,, i also wanna get realll trim in the process
 
I used bulk nutritions generic version of SD, and M-Drol by GL. If I run it at 10mg I have really no sides, maybe a little lethargy, but if I go to 30 mg like I see a lot of guys doing, it gets much worse. A lot of people just have no idea, but I won't kick a dead horse.

10mg with some cycle support by AI (no im not a rep, it's just good shi*) and a little taurine and you should have nothing but good things to say about it.
 
x-factor seems to help with both fat loss + muscle gain at same time, so does drive. really the gaining mass and loosing fat at the same time are much harder than doing one then the other.

I totally agree easy.

Unless you have hit the genectic lottery. Best thing would be to have diet SPOT ON and manipulate it over months if not years(IMO, is VERY HARD). Cardio will help, but IMO always takes some amount of muscle.

I really liked my AX and LX stack.
 
i've learned you just have to suck it up and live with the fact that you have to do the 2 separately, and comically eat cleaner while bulking than while cutting so you can minimize the fat gain during that phase. but that helps a lot.
 
oh i understand that, i wasnt expecting go gain 10-15 pounds of muscle and lose a dramatic amount of body fat in the process i was meaning something that will give me dry gains and maybe just lose a little amount of fat in the process,,basically like what you said minimize any fat gained. but ill just really start to watch what i eat,,i already do,,havnt had macdonalds or Bk or anything like that in almost a freakin year. dont miss it either.

i have hit cold stone creamery 3 times in the 6 weeks of this bulk so far :) but thats pretty much the extent of my cheats. Outside of that i had corn at one meal..... beyond that greens, whole grains, natural oatmeal, organic quinoa, etc. lots of seafood, chicken, and a little beef. a good bit of fruits too.

Either x-factor or drive or the combo of the 2 is pretty decent and not unrealistic in 2 months to see a 5-7 lbs scale gain while reduing bodyfat by a couple of pounds for a nice net impr ovement.
 
Good info in this thread. I'm running a cycle similar to UnrealMachine (Epior Havoc w/ SD bridge). Can't wait to get into the SD.

i'm actually in week 6 now and i feel great. Not even as suppressed as I thought I would be, SD gives me some shrinkage but the boys make a big comeback overnight, so overall the suppression has been pretty slow.

yeah my diet looks similar to yours i dont really eat red meat,,white meat is my primary meat, stay away from dairy also,,the only cheat that i can think of recently was chicken strips,,,,thats my only weakness lol. but ive been loading up on raw greens, oats, soymilk,peanut butter hahaha and whole grain bread. oh and the protein powder BY THE WAY i was gonna ask what you guys would suggest for a good powder that doesnt empty my wallet.
 
oh yeah, I go thru tons of dairy, cottage cheese, plus i use calorie countdown milk, although sometimes i wonder if its a waste while i'm bulking.

well, protein powders vary so much in little details. really most are pretty good. trueprotein and all the whey here as sponsors are good, the EAS at sams club isn't bad, on good sales muscle milk can be reasonable too

They have it at Cosco too. But take note that as the prices of protein have gone up they have added soy. This last batch is a different package again and a different color. I suspect more changes to the blend.

I give you much credit for practicing humility. No one here is an expert. But many many kids come on hear asking for advice and all they really want affirmation. You want the truth...then handle the truth. And you did, and very well at that.

I just got a tub of EAS Whey for the 1st time because it was on sale for $29 for ~ 5lbs. I like the taste & texture but the cholesterol is a bit high compared to most whey powders. (65mg per scoop)

yeah, thanks for that,,im used to the truth. and legitly i need to learn from ppl with tons more experience and i need to research more like you guys said. which i will,,dont wanna take any serious risks like that.
 
back in june,,or was it may,,,it was right before my 21st bday i got a 15 pound tub of soy protein,,,tasted like freakin glue,,but it had less than 1 gram of carbs per serving and like 29.5 grams of protein,,,it really leaned me out and i was loving it,,,besides the glue taste,,got used to it, I FIGURED out though if i mixed a scoop of muscle milk with it the taste was awesome been doing that for the past 3 months and im still leaning out but not as much,,mainly cuz ive been mixing more of the muscle milk with it.its the cytogainer. i just wanted to see what you guys are using.
 
I have done four SD cycles.For me going over 20mg is a waste.Way too many sides.I had bad headaches,nite sweats,and lethargy at 30mg.I ran SD the last time at 20mg for four weeks with 250mg of test cyp and everything was great.Used the SD as a kickstart.Couldn't find anything else at the time.Anyone else ever ran test with SD?

Test and/or a test precurser like 4-diol seems like it'd be great for lowering the side effects of Superdrol since much of the sides would be due to Superdrol supressing your test levels and also annihilating estrogen.
 
man its been a while since ive been on here...anyways i ran 3 cycles of superdrol with hardly any sides at all other than the usual acne/lethargy.
 
so i was looking up NAC and ALA because i didnt know what they were but nowwww i know!!! learned alot so far,,but im trying to figure out how you know what liver support is right to use, and if its better to use on cycle or for pct, like one guy suggest SAMe for during the cycle and NAC and TUDCA (aka Liver Longer) for pct. is it basically just a pick and choose or do they actually work better during different parts of the cycle,,and do you need multiple liver protectants or would one do the trick? to me its appearing that each one treats a different result or potential harm the methylated roid can do to the liver.

example NAC is a potent antioxident so its gonna keep harmful radicals down, and the liver longer is used to prevent cholestasis.

so my question is when the time comes that i feel im ready to do this,,which wont be anytime soon,,at least a few more months,,,how do i figure what cycle support i should use? NAC,ALA,SAMe and liver longer are kinda standing out to me.

im gonna guess that i would need to look at what issues superdrol is most likely to cause and get the supps to counter them right? along with blood work when i do decide to run this

post cycle therapy?
length of cycles?, SD and pct

Costco used to carry Pro-Rated, then switched to EAS which had the soy. Now I just noticed after I dumped this last bag out into the decantor, that they are back to Pro-Rated again. This explains the change in color I saw.

They too have 65mg of cholestrol. I used two servings once a day. I'm not too worried about 130mg.
 
well, if the $ isn't an issue, then SAMe is likely best bet. Its expensive, thats its issue. The cheapest i've managed to find it is still over $1 a day for 800mg (most places its that much for 400mg a day)
 
,,now on the SAMe,,,,it wouldnt matter what brand, youd just be looking for a high dose of it for cheap,,more bang for your buck. ebay has some good deals if brand dont matter,,,and they have liv 52, liver longer, SAMe, NAC, ALA, Milk Thistle, etc. generally you can get some good deals on there for supplements along those lines.

and how long do you use the SAMe, it would be just on cycle and the pct,,,dont need to preload?
 
yeah, generallty it comes in either 200 or 400mg tabs. at 800mg you get really good liver support as well as mood enhancement and some joint help too
 
im also gonna take it you run 800 mg a day? i would imagine that would be the recommended dose when using a methylated roid. when youre on the pct can you go less or should you stay at 800?
 
SAMe is a bit pricey but it may be better to run ON cycle along with Liv.52 - also excellent. Milk thistle extract (silymarin) is an excellent liver aide and inexpensive but many feel it can possibly 'hinder' gains while ON an oral cycle.

Some people feel it can hinder absorbtion but in William Llewellyn's 'Anabolics' book he says silymarin acts as an anti-inflammatory that inhibits prostaglandin biosynthesis which in-turn interferes with protein synthesis response to resistance exercise.
