Hahahaaaaa......ya, u r puttin up quite the lil fight here bud. Try some simpler approaches here. Now hear me out on this one........you dont necessarily need to totally stuff your face every time you eat. For instance, when i get to full and end up eating the rest of the meal i got full off of an hour later, its not very much food at all. Now since i still got other meals after trying to down the rest of that meal, i try and keep it light...soooooooooo ill finish that meal an hour later, wash that down with 2,3,4 scoops of Natty pb (easy money there), then wash that down with a big ole glass of milk. Ya dig??????? So in conclusion, its not like im eating another huge meal or nething, but im still loading up on the cals at the same time, and being able to continue with the rest of my meals thru the day since those are somewhat light calories on the tum tum :bigok:
how many calories/carbs should i be taking in daily? I know protein is weight * 1 or 1.5 right?
