Hi can anybody recommend supplements which are good at preserving muscle whilst on a cut/ eating less regularly. Life's going to be getting in the way of my set meal times in a few months and I know my body is going to be like why are you not eating at set times anymore? Right that's it I'm going activate survival mode by dropping your muscle and increase that abdominal fat just incase food gets scarce. I won't be in much of a calorie deficit but the disturbance to my meal timings is going to mess up my hard work so I'm looking for anti catabolic supplements. Thanks
