What's up everyone! Ok I know I said I'd be updating this log and failed miserably in doing so lol.
On that note I will now be consistently logging again and excited to do so. I'm also excited because I have gotten back to working with my previous powerlifting coach that I had worked with for years years ago. I was at my strongest when I was working with him. I did like 3 powerlifting meets back when I lived in Oregon.
When looking at my training and the lack of progress I felt I was getting it made sense to me so I'm pretty excited to get things going again.
