I had to knock this training session during my lunch break. I just kept it stupid simple and did chin ups between every bench set and called it. It still was a great training session.
 
What's up everyone! Ok I know I said I'd be updating this log and failed miserably in doing so lol.

On that note I will now be consistently logging again and excited to do so. I'm also excited because I have gotten back to working with my previous powerlifting coach that I had worked with for years years ago. I was at my strongest when I was working with him. I did like 3 powerlifting meets back when I lived in Oregon.

When looking at my training and the lack of progress I felt I was getting it made sense to me so I'm pretty excited to get things going again.

With that said here's the first training session from this morning.

What are you weighing lately? And what are your current training goals? Good to see you around man

This week been around 218lbs. My training goals are to just stay consistent, injury free as much as possible, and to see if I can get stronger if that's possible for me lol.
