Another Trione question.

I can't condone anybody taking possibly tained caps. But for the love of G!d, why 3!? 1 would have been enough :frustrate (And too much. Don't take the caps guys, it's not worth your health!)

I do understand and accept the fact that almost everything that we eat and use is made in China (I assume the problem Trione was made in China) due to the cost-savings and their looser laws on recreational pharmaceuticals.

But I am sure most of us wouldn't mind paying just a bit more for the bulk stuff for a peace of mind, so some form of additional quality control would be great. :)

Is it possible some people who got Trione caps since Nov have been good quality? Or is it alllllllllllll of them? Just wondering..
 
I just traded 2 bottles of Trione that I purchased in 2007 and I used half a bottle myself.I had no idea there was a problem with this stuff.How can i tell if the stuff I used and just traded is alright?

The sides I had from the Trione were hurt joints and bad libido but I know those are signs of low estrogen so...

The sticker on the bottom of the bottle says VHM 06274 and the exp.date is 09/09

I think everything should be alright with the bottles I bought since they were purchased around August of 2007.

yes, the batch you received was fine as it was purchased before the tainted batch was in stock.

we are unsure which lots were bad so we just recalled everything from Nov 2008 until recently. some of them may have been fine but we have no way of knowing for sure, so we error on the side of caution and recalled them all.
 
:worried: Well I opened one of mine to see what the color was, and it was also green. Like a light army green I guess. There was also little clear and shiny pieces of something...they looked like very small pieces of glass. I had taken 3 or 4 over the past week, one just minutes before checking my email and finding the recall notice. I had been feeling a little sick to my stomach in the mornings, and a bit sweaty at times, but didn't think much of it. I never noticed a racing heart though, so I wonder if the green colored powder is something other than yohimbe. It would be nice to have it tested to find out exactly what was in both of these, just for our own well being. I'm glad you guys jumped all over the problem quickly. Is shipping really not being included?
 
They did not refund my shipping, because the trione was shipped with another item, I have to talk to someone about this, personally it doesn't make sense to me.

My sincerest apologies go out to all our valued customers who have been affected by this issue. I personally promise each and everyone of you that we will take the appropriate measures to rectify this.

I sent an email to customer support and got a very quick reply which I am thankful for. However, they failed to answer my question about us paying for shipping. As it is currently, the only ones in stock are $40 capped (18000mg), with the bulk 10000mg at $32 (2 tubs). With shipping that leaves us paying $16 for the capped version, or $8 and estimating doses with the bulk for a replacement. Not particularly happy with the options, but I could really care less about spending a bit more since I would be getting more. Shipping is the irritating part. We all obviously love your company and want to continue spending our money there over another business, but we also have to look out for ourselves. Thanks again for addressing the issue so quickly, and not trying to sweep the problem under a rug.

Very good to know as I had just traded with a person on here and another person from bb.com.Glad to know this does not effect the Trione i had.

Bump. Third email sent to customer service, and still no answer as to why we are paying shipping for our replacements. I need to get an order in SOON.

So what's the word on the Trione? It is still listed as OOS. Did the lab report on the new batch come back? I need to start taking it as part of my PCT in the coming weeks and I'd like to have it on hand and not have to run around and do things at the last minute.

ALSO, do I really need to send my bunk bottle back to you guys if you are just gonna toss it??? Can I just email you guys a copy of my receipt, toss the bottle myself, and get credit for it? I don't see the point of going to USPS and paying for a box and shipping if you guys are just gonna toss it. That's a waste of my money.

Not to bump a possibly dead issue. I recently ordered bulk trione at those blowout prices. I have yet to use. However, I was looking for some confirmation that my trione powder is legit, and not laced with anything. I had problems with ATD back in november (racing heart, anxiety) so I would like to avoid a similar mix-up. Any NP ppl or customers used that last batch yet? Thanks.
