I am just shy of a week away now from starting my Beastdrol/epi-strong cycle, should be receiving both of them in the mail tomorrow
. I have a few last minute questions so I figured I'd post up before the sh*t hits the fan.
Cycle is going to look like this:
Beast - 20/20/20
epi - 00/00/30/45/45
PCT:
Nolva - 20/20/20/10
Support supps:
CEL Cycle assist(preloaded 1 wk) 2x 4 caps a day
Liver Juice(preloaded 1 wk) 2x 5mL a day
Super Cissus Rx(preloaded 1 wk) 2x 2caps/day
Fish oil
Flax oil
Creatine mono(started 1 wk before SD start)
HCGenerate(Just ordered, need suggestions on timing/dosing)
I plan on using all support supps from said start times all the way through PCT, except unsure on HCGenerate?
A little background, I'm currently 6'1" or so and hovering around 197-199lbs. Unsure of BF %, plenty of vascularity in arms/shoulders, abs still under slight layer of blubber.
I plan on aiming for about 4000cal/day with high protein, moderate carbs, and low fats. Looking to gain about 15lbs after all is said and done, and increase strength as much as possible.
I haven't decided yet if this is going to be a log or not as I'm not quite sure I'll have the time to update it daily, although I think I'm going to try as much as possible.
I'd love to hear any comments/suggestions, etc...As this is my first time with any PH's.
