PP Reps, as most of you know I have started a log of the Androlean portion of my cycle and as of now I'm at a crossroad... I weighed in at 221, up 1 from last week. Granted this could just be water weight or that I need to take a sh!t, but still I'm hesitant to pull the calorie drop trigger... my goals are to lean up a bit and solidify all my gains to put me in the best position going into PCT...so to the pp reps, how important is a calorie deficit for Androlean to work? I was throwing down 3800 cals and have cut down to 3200ish and have added back in cardiovascular to every workout, which before lean I was doing none. granted I'm sure the test is messing with me a bit, but, Should i just press foward under the same circumstances for the next week, or pull the diet trigger and drop more cals?
Same diet, yet added cardio and up 1 pound. This to me spells out recomp and I would personally be pretty ecstatic. If this is in fact the case then there is simply no way you are gaining fat. Can you check and have you recently checked BF%? Also how are you looking in the mirror?? Another question is how much fat do you need/want to lose???
