Between work being insanely busy, repping for a new company (PHF), and running my own forum (I agreed not to name it here in respect of David Dunn), I have had to cut back on what boards I regularly visit. It is always nice to see some of the regs still around.

this explains why they wanted me to run alpha bulk or w/e its called for 4 weeks and log it (when it first came out)

It's in about three products I believe

Bulk up p bold have the toco - 8 ingredients in them for sure. I wouldnt doubt that the others will also. Since thats part of the cpr mix.
