Slept like a baby bear but had an off day, ate well but had a lot to study for.
Day 16
I have nothing but good to report about this product, the only thing that may be a bother to some but not me; is the acne I am getting. Literally today at the gym, one of the personal trainer's tell me "hey bro, my clients keep noticing how you are gaining muscle so quickly, what are you taking?" When I heard that I chuckled because I am amazed at how much LBM I have put on with GHENERATE, I also woke up with a EUPHORIC mood, I was so high on happiness that I was calling thing precious(no homo) and priceless LOL. I have gone up in some strength finally LOL in my squatting volume, soreness is almost completely gone as well. I am so grateful to Eric for letting me try this because the results have been nothing short of outstanding for a natural supplement. Libido has been off the charts as well, but I am coping LOL. I have GAINED 6lbs thus far with the same bf, so I am very pleased, these are PH type gains NO JOKE. This would stack well with Powefull and natadrol if it is as good as believe it will be, GHENERATE is not letting me down, so I feel natadrol will have its place for many. I have noticed that my energy was quite profound today, after my workout; I decided to 5 40 yrd sprints, focus and motivation are still up as well. I am not sure how much more weight I will gain, but I will take what I got thus far LOL.
Meal 1: 1 bananna with plain cheerios, 1 cup of almond milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 scoop of caesin whey.
Meal2: Whole grain pita with albacore tuna, mixed greens, 1 serving of tortilla chips, 1 tbsp of pb from the jar, and water.
Meal 3: 2 slices of sprouted grain bread with 4 tbsp of natty pb, 1 apple, spinach, whey isolate, and water.
Meal 4: 2 scoops of whey isolate, hand full of almonds with cottage cheese and water
Meal 5: Black rice with 2 chicken breasts, mixed greens, 1 baked platain, and water.
Meal 6: 2 scoops caesin with 1/8 cup olive oil, 2 tbs of coconut oil, 100g of quinoa oats and water.
