Good updates man!! Seems like it's working well for you and the others loggin' it. Seems like this would be perfect for those months when I get switched to nights and have to sleep during the day.

When I train, I wake up, take my supps, and then hit the gym on an empty stomach. From when I take my supps to my post-workout shake, it's about 2.5hrs. Is that enough time for the appetite to be back? Do you find it difficult to finish your post-workout meal?

When I train, I wake up, take my supps, and then hit the gym on an empty stomach. From when I take my supps to my post-workout shake, it's about 2.5hrs. Is that enough time for the appetite to be back? Do you find it difficult to finish your post-workout meal?

I find that it diminishes for a good 2-3 hours but after that nothing serious, as soon as I start to ingest food, my hunger sinks back in and pretty strong may I suggest. GHENERATE would be ideal for training on a fasted state, stacks well with stims as well. There should be no problem with your post workout meal.

Took 7 pumps and soon 7 pumps prebed.
Diet: 5500 kcals

Notes: Sleep was very deep and cozy last night, had a real VIVID dream, and work up real rested. Hunger was up when I woke up this morning. Still some white heads under the chin and on the cheeks. My mood was great during my workout, this stuff really elevates my mood, vascularity was quite present during my workout as well, not to mention I was sweating pretty profusely. My concentration and focus has been well as of lately, not to mention the whole motivation factor, to me these are all positives considering my busy schedule. I can not wait to stock on these, this will be a staple supplement in my arsenal, of course I will have to cycle 5 on and 2 off to keep effects of the product to maintian consistant. No strengths gains as of yet, looked leaner and more vascular and NO real sides.
 
im looking into getting a bottle of liquid anadrol "oral version" i know nothing about it. how much do i use and when do i take it and for how long?? Can anybody give me information on it??
 
i wanna take liquid anadrol "oral" how often and when do i take it. i cant swallow pills lol and dont like needles... and do i have to take it with somethiing else??

I am the exact opposite, I am always starving, especially post workout. Usually I am so exhausted I must force myself to finish my pw shake, now I wanna have another within minutes.

How about post-exercise recovery? That should be one of the key product benefits.

I have not noticed too much post workout, although my legs were sore previously to running GHENERATE, and slowly have been gaining less DOMS throughout training, I train so MUCH, I basically end up overtraining.

I mainly notice "between sets" recovery has increased, dramatically. But now that I am into week 2 the post workout recovery has been improved. I will see the next few days for my legs, usually feel it 2 days post workout. I will let you know about this Fri/Sat.

That's good news! I love a ravenous appetite, assuming it doesn't get in the way of diet goals.

Day 11

I had a lot to do since Friday, so I did not post much since then, sorry for irresponsibility. So I dosed it preworkout, had a real intense EUPHORIA, not sure what triggered it, but I felt the motivation to lift while on caloric deficit. My legs are feeling somewhat better, but not spectacular. My sleep is still GREAT, I am loving the REM sleep I get off this product, other than that one day; I do not really experience vivid dreams from GHENERATE. I will post my meals from Friday, just so that you see how much food I take in between class, training, and baseball.

Meal 1: Vanilla Cluster oats with either cow milk or almond milk, quinoa oats, 1 bananna, 2 scoops of whey protein isolate, 2 tbsp of almond butter, and water.
Meal 2: 4 egg whites, 1whole egg, 1/8 cup of extra virgin olive oil, 2tbsp of extra virgin coconut oil, 2 slices of sprouted grain bread, greens, and water.
Meal 3: 2 Slices of sprouted grain bread with 8 oz. of albacore tuna chunk, 1 cup of cottage cheese with 1 apple, 1 scoop of caesin whey with 12tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, and water.
Meal 4: 2 cups of black rice with 3 chicken breasts, pinto beans, spinach, 1 sweet potatoe, and water.
Meal 5: 8 Tbsp of peanut butter with some more mixed nuts, 2 scoops of whey isolate with almond butter milk.
Cheat meal 4 hours prior to bed LOL: BK Oreo Sundae with a whopper, I like to eat out here and there; I know shame on me, hahahhahhahaha.

Thus far besides some white heads, no apprearant sides, which is great. Now LG, just released a plant androgen which has my interest. hmmm LOL

How would you say your muscle definition or density has been?

Definitely notice increase in definition preworkout, I look drier, gh is crucial for fat loss, since techically one only burns glucose/glycogen and proteins during workouts.
 
Maybe drop down to 6 sprays since the sprayer is supposed to measure 1ml and it's far from 100% accurate.

well, its not exactly at the half way mark, so I think I am at par for 30 days, tonight I plan to spray 8 sprays to see if I get deeper sleep. P.S. your company is getting my vote for comeback company of the year, of course its a shame that certain companies obviously pay bb with some nice bucks to get recognition, hence more reputation for them which leads to more sales for them.

Sleep was GREAT yesterday, no noticeable dreams, just good ol' rest. I took 7 sprays preworkout and had an AMAZING workout today, endurance in between sets, overall endurance and a MAJOR euphoria. I am now definitely noticing bf dropping because I am upping my calories, yet getting hungrier with no problem and looking drier during training. I HIGHLY recommend this product for a recomp or bulk, I have gained 5 LBS thus far in this cycle, a couple guys at the gym asked me " seriously what are you taking", and all I say is nothing but a new product from LG, called GHENERATE. I got to post pics because I LEGITLY look bigger while maintining the same bf. Athletic performance has definitely improved in terms of coordination and endurance.

Diet:

Meal 1: 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil, 2 heaping tbsp of extra virgin coconut oil, 1 scoop of casein whey with 1 cup of organic strawberry icecream, and water.

Meal2: Salad, salmon fillets, 2 garlic cloves, tortilla chips, with 1tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, and water.

Meal 3: 2 Slices of sprouted grain bread with 5 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 apple, mixed berries, whey isolate with 1 cup of almond milk.

Meal 4: 2 Chicken breasts with 1 sweet potatoe, some raisins, and water.

Meal 5: 3 Chicken breasts with Black rice, frijoles, baked platains, greens, and water.

I kid you not, the results have been outstanding in the body compositon department, now in terms of performance, I feel Powerful has the upper hand, but I am only 12 days in, so only time will tell, I probably post pics tommorow.:nana:

will this supplement raise ones cortisol levels?

I think im right in saying technicaly no, but the increased amount of training your able to do could raise levels, but generaly Gh levels are at there highest when cortisol is anyway in the bodys natural way of things, After reading about the latest studies, it looks like cortisol doesnt affect weight loss the way people thought it did, so maybe just letting it takes its course in your system is best.

I read cortisol and prolactin levels could be raised with this peptide. I am sure the amount used here would not cause this though.

Good log updates man!! Spreading out your food intake can also be an easy way to moderate cortisol, to a degree. This log has really helped me make my decision regarding this product!!

Day 13

Took 8 pumps last and that WAS THE SWEET SPOT, recovery was up today for sure. Sleep was great and hunger was through the roof. I took 7 pumps preworkout and had a excellent muy thai session. Got some pimples coming out on cheeks as well legs. Corrdination and endurance was UP, so was focus and adrenals.

Diet for today:

Meal 1: Supreme protein bar, almond cluster with quinoa flakes, and almond milk, 1 bananna, pieces of grapefruit, and some ice cream.

Meal 2: 20 oz. of Albacore tuna with 2 sweet potatoes, greens, and water.

Meal 3: 4 egg omelete cooked in coconut oil, with 1/8 olive oil smothered over it, 1 whole grain pita, 2 cups of almonds, 1 scoop caesin with water, and more water.

Meal 4: 5 hamburger patties with sprouted grain bread, spinach, 4 tbsp of olive oil, and water

Meal 5: Quinoa pasta with 2 chicken breasts, 2 salmon fillets(pink wild alaskian), salad, and water.

Meal 6: 2 scoops of casein mixed with whey isolate, 5 tbsp of peanut butter, 2 scoops of almond buter, almond milk, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, and water.
 
I wonder where the point of diminishing results or adverse reaction is on this. You said that 8 pumps seemed to improve the results? Are you going to push the envelope more or hold it at 8?

Good question, I am not sure yet, I just know that 8 pumps hit me well in terms of recovery, libido kicked up a bit more as well. I am thinking to get up to 10 pumps.

A guinea pig amongst the guinea pigs. Are you only upping the dose on preworkout? I will check back and maybe do the same for my leg day, any advantage for squat day.
