DAY 19:

I guess I really needed that rest day, felt like I was in the zone today. arms and chest were feeling pumped by 2nd set, really feeling the burn by the time workout was done. the pump I am getting is pretty awesome, but I also need to note that endurance has really crept up on me. have'nt really paid much attention to it before today but time between sets is noticeably down, and I do not tire as easily-I am doing full weight sets into the 4th set, normally I need to reduce weight by 4th set. and as a bonus libido has returned with compounded interest:scool:


normally I wouldn't mention another product in a log....but since my knee issues have been brought up so often----I am very happy and excited that mike from SNS told me yesterday that he is sending me a bottle of their new JOINT SUPPORT!!!:bling:

That'll be awesome! It will help out i'm sure with your knee. Keep up the good work in here!:)

I love supper too, but I also like lunch. Any meal really. However I don't smoke joints before my supper, when I was young and dumb yeah, but not anymore.

DAY 20:

slept in late today. took my 4 caps ANABOLIC TRINITY with breakfast, then hour later did a light arm/chest/shoulder workout.

getting close to the 3rd week mark, this is where everyone tells me ostra really shines-bring it on!!!!


my wife cooked a huge breakfast this morning....scrambled eggs, bacon, sage sausage and grands biscuits....I have been munching all day, I don't give a crap-I am old mean and onery-and very hungry...AND I LOVE MY BACON!!!!!:evil:

sometimes it is better to be LUCKy than good.....I am a huge colts fan, but peyton will always be my boy....when peyton came to indy they were sorry assed, one of the worst teams in the nfl and had been for years. I still can't believe he took them to a super bowl championship!!!!

my son bought me an official peyton manning jersey with the super bowl emblem on it for my birthday when I turned 50, it is one of my prized possessions, never been worn!!!!

today marks the 3 week point, things should get really interesting from here on!!!


today is also the 3rd day in a row I haven't taken any tramadol, I am amazed how much my libido has skyrocketed...for being off trt around 5 months now, this is incredible:sgrin:....the VA AUTOMATICALLY KEEPS SENDING ME 240 TRAMADOL EVERY MONTH, I NOW HAVE OVER 500 IN MY MEDICINE CABINET, LOL.

Some days its good to take an extra rest day . During my 531 phase i needed too many rest days isolation days i can do top/bottom splits 6 days a week and gain more. Rest is great!

agreed...I just want to get a decent pump going, not going to kill it!!!
 
Good idea more volume is better ! Use 75% of your 1rm thats what i do add more reps as you see fit

yup, but I don't want to get carried away, I will be down in basement way after bedtime...endurance is pretty high. 4-5 sets is my goal, break a sweat and get a decent pump...live to lift another day, lol.

I got SNS JOINT SUPPORT in mail today...I have a question....can I take JOINT SUPPORT with ANABOLIC TRINITY, or do I need to put space between dosing them?

i space mine 3 hrs but that's just me . i took em before with my others and didn't feel any different ! but just to be safe maybe space em .

yeah, i don't think it would be a must to take JOINT SUPPORT pre-workout, the half life is probably pretty long for this kind of supplement.

definitely good to take joint sup with MV fish oil cycle supports and any other things you take pre PH or DS dose . I feel 3 hours before each dose helps me handle the effects of digesting and utilizing the PH . This is what works for me . do you eat big meals or smaller meals more often ?

some big meals, some small meals...I like to eat!!!! usually smaller meals thru the day and heavier meal in evening, but week ends are fair game, lol.

That's good , sticking to a routine contradicts the confusion aspect of training . Arnold used to say he went to the gym to train arms , but then tricked his body into training chest . Ill have to test that out some day!

last time I checked you can't train chest or any upper body part without using arms, lol.
 
Your way to smart for that . Have you tried doing any overhead tricep extensions?

one of my favorites, building up tri's is good for strength particularly bench press. plus it makes the shape of arms much more impressive looking.

Thats maple paneling in the kitchen! !! Heres a weird question. Have you ever tried combination dumbbell exercises? Like a curl into a over head into a tricep extension and so on ?

workouts are getting better and better. hunger is up, I've been eating too much but so far only gained 2lbs. this is surprising since all my life I have depended on cardio to keep weight/fat down. aggression is also up, but I have been trying to use this to my advantage in the gym-so far I have a handle on it in everyday life-so far, lol.

this will be DAY 3 on SNS JOINT SUPPORT, I hope to be able to add in some cardio soon!!!

whole grains...turkey/fish/chicken, olive oil instead of butter, I can do-along with honey and cider vinegar, and Epsom salt baths, but I need my vit c.

funny how honey and apple cider vinegar always seem to turn up in home remedies, my mom has been preaching apple cider vinegar and honey to me for years, lol....

DAY 25:

what a difference a day makes....I am not normally one to weigh in that often, but today I felt really full and heavier- so I decided to weigh in again today. up 4lbs since yesterdays weigh in!!!!

I am on day 5 of SNS JOINT SUPPORT, label says works within 10 days...so I will wait until day10 then I want to try some cardio-going to start with 20 minutes on treadmill.
 
currently weighing in at 217, that is the heaviest I have been in awhile!!!!
