22k calories? That is DISGUSTING! Why would you even submit your self to such torture. There is no way you dont feel like absolute sh*t after that.
 
I've hit over 25k in one sitting. Nothing to brag about though.

We used to have an all you can eat pizza hut in my city and for lunch it was $4.99, So naturally we ate all we could and it developed into a contest every time. I have eaten more than 3 large pizzas in approx 1-1.5 hours. Then proceeded to feel ill bloated and had a protruding belly for about 3-4 hours and could not eat again until 7-8 at night.


The rates went up to , 5.69 then 6.50 then they went out of buisness.

Other notable times were 2, 2.5 and 2.25 large pizzas i could consistently eat 2 though. Now prolly one and a bit in one sitting. 24 pop tarts, i sincerely doubt i could.

It was at the Borgota in Atlantic City. It was the 'Midnight Buffet'. It was also a Wednesday. My buddy and I couldn't get a hold of this one dude whom we went there to attend his bachelor party. We saw the buffet and it was almost just like a dream. No one else was in there. I mean there was one couple in there, that's it. Food was soooo good. They had like 10 stations and one just for gelatos and one for Chinese, Italian, Thai, American, etc.

Yeah, afterwards my abdomen was distended to the point that I had to unbutton and unzip my jeans.

  • I may bump up to 30mg this week if I don't really see anything by Thursday.
  • Diet was off today because my appetite was just zapped. Not sure if it was the M-drol or my system still clearing itself of poptarts.
  • Only up 5 pounds from my horrific refeed experience. Kinda bummed. Blah.
  • I am considering condensing my program to 4 days on 1 day off. This would allow for an extra Chest workout and extra back workout before the cycle ended.
  • If I am feeling alright I may extend my cycle an extra week, this would take me into Christmas week, so we'll see about that.
  • Joints were fine today but my tendons connecting my shoulder and pec are clicking from being inflammed/irritated.
    Strength still continues to go up. It's pretty miraculous.
  • Tomorrow is back.

nearly 30lbs, thats phenonmenal, a true testiment to your dedication and applied intelligence! im sure with your dialed in PCT you'll keep a signigficant amount !
 
Good luck with the M-drol rugger. The first time i took AX superdrol 3 yrs ago i used it to bridge in front of a winny/var stack and i am somewhat prone to gyno. mostly from maturity, but I can honestly tell you that I felt awesome on M-drol and less sides than when i was on havoc. went 20/30/30/40 then flew into my winny on the 4th week. You'll do great man. I think at this point in your cycle losing some water/weight would do you fine.
 
30 lbs, impressive to say the least. Keep it up brotha, shoot for a clean 40. 2 more weeks on mdrol, it is not out of the realm of possibilities.

Yeah I think it's safe to say strength is officially off the hook.
I haven't really noticed increased recovery, though. I wish I had so that I could shorten my rest periods. Oh well.
 
rugger, what do you plan on doing with your diet during PCT. Are you just gonna cut back and see how much weight falls. Obiously i know 30+ lbs. is pretty unbelievable but a good 40 seems like it's not really a good 40lbs. You gonna try and eat-eat-eat afterwards and try to maintain until you level your hormones out or are you planning on trying to cut the diet before and trim during PCT? Just curious how your gonna go about this. I mean if you were to keep 20 solid lbs. that is freakin awesome in itself.

Well for the first week of PCT I will be traveling for Xmas. I am planning on sticking to my current diet as much as possible. I will probably go to the grocery store in Tx and just stock up on my normal foods.

I am going to continue with my current diet until my next cycle, which will be a cut. That probably wont start until March, depending on blood work. I will most likely cut calories in the meantime by 300-400 just because I wont be on. I'll probably stay steady at 3700.

Let's not forget that this cycle was basically the perfect storm. Diet manipulation, muscle memory, etc.

Just got back from the gym......the scale says M-drol is working...
 
I will go onto more detail later tonight, but lets just say last wednesday I had lost the weight from my refeed.....this week...not so much
 
rugger I was reading another post from you and wanted to verify i read correctly You get DB Shoulder Presses with
100lbs your DB Inclines are 110lbs? and DB rows are 130lbs right? Are your shoulders naturally overpowering. I know you want to increase your chest maybe your shoulders are overpowering your pec development
 
Rugg, forgive my laziness, but I didn't have the time to read through this monster log (I'm at work). I power skimmed it though (page jumped big time). I saw one photo. Do you have a pre-cycle photo by chance? For comparative purposes, do you have a current photo (at ~30lbs heavier)?

Great log BTW. You and your fuqqing crazy refeed days! I'm doing the CKD and my Friday night and Sat. are supposed to be my carb up days. I tell ya, it's VERY difficult for me to get those carbs (I'm sure I don't). I'm used to not eating carbs all week, so when the time comes to go ballz out on carbs, I don't have the appetite! Not even GHRP-6 helps really. ****.

Yeah that's about right. Up until recently I would do my incline presses on a pretty steep incline, so too much shoulder. I've always been tricep and shoulder dominant. I am just now figuring out how to really isolate the chest. We discussed it a bit several pages back.

Have you ever tried pre-exhausting your pecs?

butterfly machine isolates it pretty good for me. also cable crossovers give my pecs a pretty solid pump.
 
IMO it is simply about gripping the bar or db as hard as you can, then taking your arms out of the picture. When I am working chest all that runs through my head is my pecs slowly stretching as I lower the weight and then contracting through the center of my chest. The only way I have been able to stimulate my chest well, especially my upper chest is to use this method of extreme (or at least the best of my ability) mind-muscle connection.

  • So, as I mentioned the M-drol is apparently working. Last week on the Wednesday after the refeed I had lost all 4 pounds that I gained during the refeed. This week not only did I not lose the weight, but I added almost 3 pounds between Monday morning and Wednesday morning.
  • Joints have been feeling a lot better. I have only had one or two instances when I felt like I needed something.
  • Even though M-drol is apparently working, Wednesday was the first time of the entire cycle that I couldn't complete 3x8 of bw pullups. I didn't feel well that morning but it shouldn't have mattered. Strength wasn't noticeably up in any other lift yesterday, either.
  • Tomorrow is Shoulders.
 
30 pounds is just ridiculous with designers. I have never heard of that much before. No wonder you couldn't do your regular set of pullups. You have gained 30lbs in 30 days!

The best part, IMO, is that I have been eating less than 30g of carbs a day. I should be on mythbusters.

I am also curious I know in another thread you were worried about if you ever got asked about say clen etc on a lie detector. What if your asked point blank have you ever taken steroids? How are you going to deal with that. Even though these are technically legal they are steroids and I am assuming all steroids are banned for your position if your worried about clen and albuterol etc?

Clen and albuterol are permanently disqualifying for certain positions because they can enlarge the heart and cause other complications. While steroids of all kinds, legal or illegal, are prohibited IN the military they are not an auto-dq or even a dq if they were legal and used outside of the military.

oh very interesting. So if you had asthma you would have to turn down an albuterol prescript from your doctor? Or would asthma alone already dq you.

asthma alone can disqualify you depending on the job. also, for TS clearances, you fill out a questionairre, and anything you select Yes to, there's an area where you clarify your position. that is where you say it was all legal/OTC stuff. if they have any other questions, someone will sit down with you to get further information. last resort is a lie detector, and again, you can tell the tester to clarify his questions :
1 - did you take steroids - yes
2 - did you ever take illegal steroids - no

etc. been there, done that, though for me it was buying LSD when i was 17, but after buying, i changed my mind about using it, and threw it away :)

32-17= 15 years ago... Probably would have been some good acid. :lol:

  • I felt like **** tonight, mainly because I was tired, so the workout wasn't amazing. My strength continues to rise, however.
  • No bad sides. My sex drive is shooting up, though, which is very odd.
  • I am studying for finals and working on term papers, so my diet will be shotty the next week. It's unfortunate by necessary. I will be doing my best to stay on course.

It seems like every muscle on the left side of my body is bigger than it's right side counterpart. What the frick.
 
dude lats are looking nice. Im working on mine. I have that same problem though man with side proportion. its weird. My right side tends to be bigger although im left handed? looking good though man and regardless of time of day this is some serious weight you have gained...
